I had lost my wallet before arrival and the guys here went above and beyond to do everything they could for me. When I did get into my room I was impressed with what I saw. Had everything I needed even down to clothes washing detergent.

一名亞裔老頭在給我們辦理入住時，給我們一間很差的房子。後來我們要求換房，後經一個白人服務員（這是唯一讓我們感覺好的）給我們換了一間還好的房間。退房時因為箱子行李多，晚了半個小時，在這半個小時裏面被服務員催促了7遍（其中3次不停敲門催促），（我們在墨爾本將近一個月的時間，在其他的賓館也因為行李多，會晚一點時間退房，但從來沒有被催促過）。因為催促造成我老婆慌忙中被廚房的鏡櫃割破了手臂。而且該酒店的華人服務員明知我們是中國遊客的情況下，故意不説中文，還是因割破手臂情況下主動詢問他能否説中文時才跟我們進行中文溝通，我問他是不是每個顧客你們都這麼沒禮貌的催促，他説他們都這樣催，我問那為什麼我退房後一個小時多還有人退房呢？他説也是同樣催的，我就不理解有顧客可以經受得了這種催促一個半小時嗎？我想對這家賓館亞裔或華裔的服務員説，如果是外國遊客來中國，中國人絕對會盡力去和他溝通， 甚至翻英文字典，也不會因為外國人不説中文而歧視他，不是你國人不熟練你國的語言不是天經地義的嗎？你們的文明難道衹是嘴巴上的口號嗎？

Location is great as it’s near to great coffee places. Queen Victoria Market is within a walking distance or within a few free tram stops. The carpet probably needs cleaning. However for the location and view of the Supreme Court outside our balcony, i would book here again. This is my 2nd time here. Great for families as they have a kitchenette with a big fridge.
