GUYS PAY ATTENTION!!! I finally learned a good lesson from this very expensive fake 4 Stars hotel.I tried to give all my best respect to this place before,but it really hurted my kindness in the end.They will charge you $10 for a pair of slipper. $9 for a bottle of water plus a $5 service fee. $38 for a very common breakfast buffet. Also, if you leave your bags in the Lobby, $5 per bag will be charged for each day again. They do not even provide a plastic bag for the trash bin.And especially the staff in the front desk are really showing some **** services. You will be fully understand when you go there.Good luck

Great hotel for a stay within the city.
Everything you need is within walking distance.
There are nice restaurants around the corner.
Room is spacious and clean.
Will come again for the next time in Melbourne.

Good location, friendly staff. However, after cleaning the room on the last day, the coffee and tea bags were not replenished. Is it because I said I would check out at 6 am the next day, so they didn't replenish them?
