Excellent hotel. Nice clean room. Friendly staff.
Breakfast was a serious disappointment. Receptionist is an unfriendly nazi. Little choice. Portions small. About 12 egg combinations. Only allowed one choice.
Stayed in dozens of hotels. Always unlimited choice of fruit, pastry, yoghurts, juices, porridge, cooked breakfast. Not at QT. SERIOUSLY disappointed. Only went first day even though paid for full stay.

Just in time for Taylor's concert week, it was very expensive. The location is very convenient. This brand is a relatively popular mid-to-high-end brand in Australia. It is somewhat similar to the standard W. It is very distinctive, but overall it has a dark and punk feel. There is a bar upstairs with a great view, the hair dryer is Dyson, and everything else is pretty good.

At 9pm the night before I was due to check in the hotel phoned to ask if I needed the twin room I had booked, for my birthday weekend with a friend. I told them I did, which was why I’d booked it. 30 minutes later I received another call saying they’d oversold that room but could offer two single beds instead. Given the time of the call and the fact I was flying to Melbourne in the morning I didn’t really have an option but to accept. The beds had the firmness of bean bags and on the first night whenever you’d move to get comfortable (which was impossible in them) the headboard would bang against the wall. The next day we realised the headboards hadn’t been attached properly, so we were forced to self assembled them. The bathroom was also an interesting choice for a shared room, with absolutely no privacy. You could literally see right into the shower. The only reason this review isn’t 1 star was due to the location. I’ve never felt inclined to leave a hotel review before, but after two nights of little sleep, I just felt this stay was so bad I had to.

Wonderful stay, the bed so comfy like sleeping on a cloud, the room superb, comfortable, great ambience, creative aesthetics, bright, cheerful, great location, rooftop bar a real gem. I asked for a surprise me cocktail my favourite request in bars around Melbourne, the creation was so delicious delight Thank you for such a great stay

What a delight my stay was from arrival to checkout to celebrate my special 3rd year anniversary with my partner. The smiles from start to finish, super clean room, friendly staff, delicious food, amazing cocktails and fun vibe! I cannot fault. Well done team this was a stay to remember!
