Great location in the CBD zone, and just opposite the flagstaff gardens Price is very reasonable for the location and size of the apartment. Hotel staff very accommodating. Only disappointing thing is the breakfast should have more varieties, but it is sufficient.

Great hotel with great staff but I had issues. When I went to check in it wasn't marked as payed, I travel a lot and payment had never been a issue. The room I booked on trip.com that I payed for wasn't the same room as I given (still a nice room tho) and there was no towels in the room I was given. Overall it's a great hotel and I would still go back :)

Belonging to 3 stars-, Hotel, regardless of equipment and services, it is of a different grade than 4starsHotel and has lower cost performance. On the contrary, the breakfast room faces the Flagstaffs Garden and has good views, although the breakfast is very simple.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious and perfect. I would have liked some amenities such as a toothbrush. I chose the breakfast option, which included six types of bread, yogurt, cereal, four types of juice, and coffee, but other items were charged separately. I don't recommend the breakfast option. I was surprised when they knocked on the door at 9am, when it wasn't yet time to check out, and told me it was time for cleaning. It wasn't a big problem, though. The location was also great, so if you're staying overnight, I recommend the plan without breakfast ( ͒˃⌂˂ ͒)

The location of the hotel is not bad, the transportation is quite convenient, the hotel is not too new, the hygiene is good, the hardware is also good, the attitude of the waiters is also OK, but it cannot be compared with the domestic

I stayed here on a business trip. Except for the unclean room and the small variety of breakfast, everything else was good. It was quiet and big enough. I hope the breakfast variety can be increased. Thank you.

People who booked together got room upgrades. They said they would do it the next day for us, but on the same day, they said they couldn't do it because the staff had changed. According to the staff, it seems to be Kebakke. I paid a deposit for cooking utensils and applied, but there were no knives, only a frying pan... There's nothing set in stone for this, and it seems like it's given out like a random box. As for cleaning, there was a few bottles of milk in some rooms, but none in our room even though we stayed there for 7 nights. I don't usually post reviews, but I'm posting this because it's so weird!

It was a very convenient location near the tram station. There was a convenience store nearby. There were restaurants within walking distance, so it was very convenient.

The service is average. If you have an early morning flight and leave the hotel before 7 a.m. and there is no service staff to help you check out, you can only entrust someone else to check out.
