酒店地理位置很好，就在南十字星車站對面。
從機場大巴下來，走路最多5分鐘就到。對面是警察局的大樓，安全感十足。
大門不是很大，不小心會錯過。
大堂也不大，前台有2位工作人員，我辦理手續時，女服務員説話速度很快，但我居然聽懂了。順利的辦理入住。
房間22平米，床時1.5米的，房間裏有沙發和茶几。
看起來挺寬敞。也很乾凈。
衞生間有洗浴用品，但沒有牙刷，也沒有拖鞋。
澳洲酒店基本沒有拖鞋提供，需要自己帶。
酒店附近不遠就有電車站，市中心區域都是免費乘坐，去景點很方便。很適合自由行的遊客入住。性價比高。

衞生：衞生環境非常糟糕，床單上有鞋印
房間內有小飛蟲，在墨爾本最糟糕的一次入住體驗，一晚上都沒睡好。
前台員工的態度也十分隨意，不像四星級酒店的水準。

一切都非常好。但必須反應一位櫃枱員工，明明可以寄放行李，卻把可以寄放行李當成給我們的exception,故做大方，簡直是一粒老鼠屎壞了一鍋好粥。（其他的櫃枱員工都非常好）

這家酒店最大的優點：就是地理位置很好，位於墨爾本免費電車區域內，馬路對面就是南十字火車站，機場大巴就停在那裡。對面還有Coles大型超市、警察局。出門不遠就有電車站，去哪裡都很方便。
缺點：1、停車需要付費，一晚25澳幣；2、房間有異味，窗是密封的，不能打開，不能透氣；3、酒店早餐相當簡陋。
