The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the Southern Cross Station.

Everything is very good. But I have to reflect on one of the counter staff who treated us as an exception despite being able to store our luggage. He was being so generous. It was like a mouse droppings spoiling a good pot of porridge. (The other counter staff were very nice)
