Good service from the staff friendly Excellent location Front room with views onto the street

I really love this hotel. The best budget hotel in Melbourne. Location is just super convenient really close to the Tram station and within walking distance to main attractions such as chinatown, melbourne central and many more. If you like coffee or bars, degrave street just right beside this hotel and you can hangout with friends. My room was clean and specious, eventough beside the elevator but not noisy. I love it so much. For muslim traveller do not worry, there is a halal indonesian restaurant downstairs and quite cheap AUD 16 for the meal that i had posted in the photo. This restaurant is called Blok M. In fact, there are many halal restaurant nearby this hotel and within walking distances.

The rooms were clean and had everything you need, price was good, but the winner is the location with everything in walking distance.

Fantastic little place to stay so close to every thing

The location is amazing, and the bed was warm, but the hotel is dirty and old. No one came to make up my room for 5 nights.

I had my own kitchen with its cutlery (dishes, forks, knives, cups...). Also there was a microwave in the laundry room which was very useful when I wanted to heat my takeaway food. I loved that in the bathroom next t the sink there were hand wash and face lotion and in the shower there were shampoos, conditioners, body wash, which were provided abundantly. It was also for a very affordable price, less than $80/a night. It was also clean. Not to mention that I was not pressured to leave by the check out team and I didn't get a call reminding me to leave but the staff were very friendly and polite and waited until I left a couple of minutes after the checkout time. A really pleasant stay!

Fantastic hotel but DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIP.COM !!! Their listing promised a bathtub, and I requested one, but the hotel doesn't have any. The hotel was absolutely perfect otherwise, but Trip.com was an enormous letdown. Thank you for everyone at the hotel who helped me sort out the confusion Trip caused.

Excellent location restaurant and cafe just around the corner

The location is perfect, for what the rooms are and the price per night it is good value.The staff are very friendly and inviting always willing to go the extra mile.
