We had 2 single beds. 1 bed had a mattress protector. Another one did not have.

First off, the hotel's location is fantastic. There are several great restaurants across the street on Hardware Street. Max on Hardware, in particular, is super popular; we ate there every night of our four-night stay in Melbourne. You can walk to most attractions, no need for a bus. Plus, you'll discover some awesome coffee shops along the way to the sights. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for both dining and getting around. There's a free tram service within the loop line. We stayed in a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and it came fully equipped with a refrigerator, cabinets, stove, and dishes. The only downside was the lack of an in-room washing machine, and the communal laundry machines were often in use.

The location is fantastic, right next to Central Station, and all major shopping malls are within walking distance. The room facing the road was a bit noisy, but the other one was fine. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic necessities; we brought our own seasonings. There's also a laundry room, but I couldn't find any detergent, so I popped down to the Chinese supermarket downstairs to buy some laundry pods, which was convenient. Great value for money!

The location is fantastic, making it super convenient to get around. There are tons of great food options in the alley across the street, and it's within walking distance to the library and Chinatown. The tram is also very close by. Highly recommend!

The room facilities were decent, but the bathroom was quite small and the room facing the street was noisy. The location is convenient for getting around, with Chinatown and a supermarket not far downstairs.

Location is fine, staff is generally kind. The facilities are terrible, one elevator broken and the button is not functioning.  Room looks clean at first glance, but the dishes and glassware are dirty. Sofa is nasty. Bed bugs bit my parents, horrible.

Great location, very convenient for dining and shopping. Room amenities are basic, and there's no washing machine in the room, only a public laundry room, which is a bit inconvenient.

Pros: Conveniently located in Melbourne's CBD, making it easy to get around. Whether it's for dining, shopping, or visiting city attractions, most things are within walking distance. Cons: In room type 06, there's a large mirror facing the bed. After requesting a room change at the front desk, we were moved to room type 03. I'm not sure if it's due to booking with a Trip.com pre-sale voucher, but the hotel has over a dozen floors, and we were given rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. There was absolutely no view; opening the window just revealed a very close building next door, which felt a bit claustrophobic. The air conditioning was problematic. There were strange noises in the middle of the night; the AC in room 503 constantly made a sound like running water, while the AC in room 603 sounded like someone was knocking on the door. Overall, it was just average. At over 500 per night with a pre-sale voucher, it's tolerable, but it wouldn't be worth it at a higher price.

This place offers incredible value for money! The location in the CBD is super convenient, the room is spacious and comes with cooking facilities, and it gets cleaned daily. Honestly, it feels even better than a typical Airbnb, and the price is fantastic. However, if you're particular about cleanliness and facilities, be aware that serviced apartments generally don't quite match up to a standard hotel in those aspects. All in all, it's an excellent choice if value is your top priority.
