The staff again was great ! The room perfect ! The gym was so so and the blacksmith breakfast should gone me my money back .. the worst breakfast in Australia ! The little breakfast place at brady central was 100x better !

Centrally located and directly opposite Hardware Lane filled with many good restaurants. Few steps to free city trams. Huge apartments, clean and comes with kitchen, though no condiments for cooking (eg oil, salt, pepper, etc). They allowed me to checkin 1hr earlier and upgraded me to the next room level. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

Great location, right in the middle of central. Rooms was surprisingly huge and clean. Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly and even gave a late complimentary check out.

The location was perfect, although it’s not a full fledge hotel but they do have common laundry area and a gym. Perfect for food hunters in CBD

Stay was all okay, free guest laundry (2washers 1 dryer and), spacious for family. Convenient location, stop to Southern Cross Station from airport is within walking distance.

Layout of the room was odd but it works. Cozy stay with tb connectivity to mobile so you can stream your Netflix and chill at night. Tucked in a smaller street but have plenty of Asian friendly restaurants in the area

The hotel is located in the heart of everything. it is close to shops , restaurants, and transport. however my room's balcony is very close to the next building, so basically there is no view from the window/balcony. the shower area is a bit weird too, i think its due to the design, they dont have any door in the shower, so everytime when you finish shower, the whole bathroom is full of water. Other than those, this is a nice hotel to stay for holiday or business.

Great place to stay! Convenient, and clean. Might have a bit of noise as it’s close to restaurants and road but is bearable. Will stay again!

I like location, very clean room, very big, good price

We stayed in a balcony room on level 12 from Fri to Mon. Read earlier comments that the environment could be noisy on Fri & Sat nights, which isn't for us fortunately. Didn't go out to the balcony as it is facing the Voco hotel, not much of a view (though we did request for city view but guess it wasn't available?). Cleanliness is OK. Full housekeeping only every 3 nights of stay. On daily basis, there is change of towels. Left a used bowl in the kitchen basin for housekeeping to help with washing but the staff gave us a washing sponge to wash on our own instead. Reception staff are polite and provided good room service such as quick delivery of toiletries or extra pillow upon request.
