Very, very satisfied. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Melbourne in the future. The female manager is very enthusiastic and can provide full service in Chinese. The room is clean, the kitchen and bathroom are separated, a small living room, a washing machine and a baking machine are all available. High floor, the view is very wide.

Friends usually stay at this hotel when they visit. This time I suddenly found that Ctrip is cheaper than booking. It feels pretty good. If it weren’t for the foreign currency handling fee, it would be even cheaper.

The location is very convenient and the staff are helpful and friendly. The hygiene level in the room is quite poor since you can see the dust and hair on the floor.

Service was good. Just that we need to go down to first floor and out of the building to call the front desk in order to go to their office, which is at 3rd floor. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities was better than expectations considering the price.

Hygiene is worrying, lying on the bed is itchy, the air conditioner can't blow into the bedroom, it's very cold, the door lock looks broken, I don't know if it's locked from the inside, there is no anti-theft chain, there are old stains on the sofa on the floor, it feels unhygienic, the elevator is very dirty slow

I was really very satisfied
Most tourist attractions can be moved on foot, and there are trams nearby.
It was easy to move. The staff was very kind and explained the late check-in well enough.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were not ready till 3.30pm, hence they extended our checkout one hour later
Only disadvantage, no dryer within apartment
All other amenities were adequate
Will consider staying again if dryer is not a major consideration
