Great hotel right by the sea with a great garden! The restaurant was great! Unfortunately for a 5 star hotel, there was little water in the room and Nespresso machine. There was also no cosmetics or soap! Service in the room was OK

Sehr gutes Hotel aber für 5 Sterne sollte doch reichen in bisschen mehr nach der Küche geschaut werden. Geschmacklich etwas einseitig (ich spreche über das Buffet Restaurant Magnolia). Ein bestimmter Touch zieht sich durch alles hindurch, das macht das Essen etwas einseitig. Leider wird der Fisch auch viel zu lange gebraten, er wird zu trocken, die Ränder schon knusprig - schade um den Fisch, beim Fleisch ist es leider nicht anders. Eine 5 Sterne Küche braucht Vielfalt, von Tag zu Tag ein neues Geschmackserlebnis und ein Händchen für die Zubereitung.

Our vacation in this hotel was a complete success. The room was very nice: comfortable beds, a well-designed bathroom (rain shower) with underfloor heating(!). The large outdoor facilities with various pools offer all kinds of relaxation options: barbecuing at the infinity pools, peace and shade at the back of the beautiful palm garden. Very friendly staff are everywhere, which sets this hotel apart from many other hotels. I would particularly like to mention Martin at the pools and in the Rose Bar, Angel in the pool bar and Moni and Juan in the main restaurant: they played a particularly big part in our well-being. The hotel is really very spacious, but how can it be that you need 150 steps from the restaurant or the Rose Bar to get to the nearest toilet and back to your seat? Much too far! The buffet in the evening caused me a lot of problems: bombastically set up, as has been described several times here, but otherwise? Quantity does not equal quality. The meat was basically overcooked: hard and tough like a shoe sole, salt was a foreign word in the kitchen, vegetables, tomatoes, side dishes etc. tasteless, pizzas that consisted of 90% crust, desserts that all looked good but tasted boring and sweet, always the same fruit, and then badly sliced ​​(grapefruit). Not full marks because of this cuisine. And something else that ruined my first few days of vacation: we shared our bathroom with a huge cockroach, which my wife then got rid of! Will I come back again? No, never again, I want to have something decent to eat abroad too.
