Hotel Riu Palace Oasis

Location of the hotel, rooms, room service and breakfast very good. The dinner (buffet) was acceptable. The first A la Carte booked was good, the second one was canceled the evening before (restaurant closed?). What was noticeable, however, was that most of the dishes and glasses/cups in the restaurant were not completely washed. In this respect, unfortunately, a point deduction.

When I first arrived yesterday, I was hesitant to choose a hotel. Finally, I decided to make a decision for three days. I decided to bring my baby before I left, and I decided to come by myself, because it took four hours to fly from Geneva, and I was afraid that I might not be able to deal with him on the plane [laughs and tears] R] [Laughing and crying R] The j hotel is half-packed, so I said I have to pay for it myself Big one for the small pool. This hotel has two large swimming pools and a children's pool. The hotel does not have much greenery and looks very clean. Three restaurants, a buffet, a Spanish restaurant and a fusion restaurant. There is no need to book for the buffet, and the other two must be booked in advance but are also free. It is very convenient to go directly to the beach by swiping the room card at the back door of the hotel. You can also go to the beach for a walk. There are restaurants, bars and shops. You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk for at least 40 minutes while walking and shopping, eating and drinking all the way. There are five-star hotels on the side of the road. You can see the swimming pools and restaurants of other hotels. I plan to change to another hotel to live in next time. I’m also satisfied [laughing and crying R] the front desk will also give you a map when you check-in, and the transportation is quite convenient if you want to go [Come on R] z Overall, it’s pretty good and I recommend it [okR]

Nuestro más profundo agradecimiento por el trato recibido en este magnífico establecimiento. La segunda noche de nuestra estancia tuvimos un percance y precisamos la ayuda desde recepción. Muy diligentes en organizar la ayuda sanitaria correspondiente. Posteriormente el trato humano y profesional durante toda nuestra estancia fue inmejorable. Tenemos que dar las gracias a todo el personal ( limpieza, piscina, recepción, botones, seguridad, camareros, encargados, ...) Qué empatía y trato humano!!! En especial las personas de recepción y de la cafetería y restaurantes. No dudamos de que cuando podamos volveremos para poder disfrutar de la magnífica situación , posibilidades e instalaciones de este gran hotel. QUÉ GRAN EQUIPO HUMANO.

Très bel hôtel avec des petits-déjeuners et dîners excellents et raffinés (variés et chaque jour d'autres mets étaient présentés. Hôtel très propre, chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec une superbe terrasse, magnifique parc comme une oasis, personnel de service à toutes les piscines et surtout un accès direct à la plage de Maspalomas et sans difficulté (belle promenade et plage de sable). Un personnel sympathique, réactif, aux petits soins. A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas adaptée à mon handicap escaliers et vue sur la grande route ; grâce au bagagiste qui m'a vu avec 1 béquille, le lendemain nous avons demandé un changement de chambre avec ascenseur : l'hôtesse d'accueil était outrée de savoir que l'on nous avez mal logé et avons obtenu une entière satisfaction et même plus car la chambre était celle que nous avions demandée à la réservation (à l'étage, vue sur le parking tranquille et avec une superbe vue sur le parc et les montagnes et les dunes en plus). Un grand merci et nous reviendrons

Wir waren nun das 3. Mal, und jeweils knapp 2 Wochen, seit März 2023 im Oasis und müssen leider sagen, dass wir jedes Mal weniger begeistert waren und uns nun entschieden haben, erst einmal nicht mehr das Oasis zu buchen. Wir stimmen einigen Bewertungen zu, dass wir dem Oasis nicht in allen Bereichen 5 Sterne geben würden. Die Speisen sind beim Frühstück oder Abendessen sehr vielseitig, optisch top aber geschmacklich leider nicht, oft war das Fleisch durchgebraten und dadurch zäh, die Fischauswahl begrenzt und häufig ähnlich und flach zubereitet ( deswegen hatten wir dieses Jahr im April auch nur mit Frühstück gebucht). Oft waren die warmen Speisen ebenfalls nur noch lauwarm, was auch nicht zur Begeisterung beitrug. Wir hatten dieses Mal leider auch ein Magen/Darm Problem, was u.U. nicht durch das Hotelrestaurant verursacht worden war, aber als wir um die Möglichkeit baten, Abends etwas Gemüse/ Reis zu essen, da wir keine HP gebucht hatten, hatte man zuerst 45 € / Person verlangt, nach Rücksprache mit dem Direktor reduzierte man auf 30 Euro/ Person. Ich finde dies nicht gerade angemessen und Kundenorientiert. Positiv ist ohne Frage, dass die Anlage eine super Lage hat, ideal für direkten Zugang zum Strand, auch der Park ist toll, man findet immer freie Liegen ( ein 5 Sterne Hotel sollte jedoch Auflagen hierfür haben ), der Parkplatz und W-LAN ist kostenlos, aber dafür zahlt man für den Safe 7 Euro/ Tag. Das Preisniveau im Hotel, sowohl für die Zimmer, als auch für die Getränke in der Bar, überschreitet unserem Empfinden nach nun auch ein akzeptables Level, und die Freundlichkeit manches Angestellten richtete sich nach dem Trinkgeld. Das empfanden wir im März 2023 noch anders und hat zu unserer jetzigen Entscheidung beigetragen, eine alternative Unterkunft in Maspalomas zu nehmen, Schade hierfür aber vielleicht notwendig, um seitens RIU den Kurs etwas zu verbessern.

A pasear de que todo estuvo bien, me sucedió que no cambiaron las sábanas y al irme a la cama tuve que ir a la recepción a pedir que las cambiatt re an ya que estaban llenas de pelo, y me dijeron que tenía que rellenar una hoja en la habitación para que cambiaran las sábanas, pero en toda la habitación no se encontró nada . De resto, las instalaciones, el servicio, el pesonal y la gran mayoría de todo excelente
