The 2023 refurb of the hotel is great, and I really can't find fault with anything. Rooms are clean, modern and adequately spacious. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Plenty of pool and lounger options with no "6am" scramble. Food is good and varied, the fresh fish really impressed this time around. The proximity to the waterfront is also a real bonus.

Very happy with our stay at the hotel, warmest welcome at reception from Jana, our room was standard double and we had everything we needed and enough space. Hotel grounds are beautiful and we liked the infinity pool with the bar next to it. Plenty of food to choose from and special restaurants that were easy to book on the app. Only thing to improve in the restaurant would be the labels, I can see they tried but it wasn’t clear which label is for which plate. Also we struggled with the scissor tongs for food. Very clean hotel and we loved the entertainment, very professional performances, amazing violinist in the afternoon by the pool, and we loved the white party. Also the coffee at the coffee bar was amazing.

L’Hotel RIU Gran Canaria si distingue come una scelta eccellente per chi cerca un’esperienza all-inclusive di qualità a Maspalomas. Situato in una posizione privilegiata, proprio sul lungomare della spiaggia vulcanica di Las Meloneras, offre una vista mozzafiato e un accesso diretto al mare. Recentemente rinnovato nel 2023, siamo stati nella stanza 2025 e la camera si è presentata una camera moderne ed essenziale specialmente per quanto riguarda il divano letto dove ha dormito mio figlio, dotatodi tutti i comfort necessari per garantire un soggiorno indimenticabile. Si può scegliere tra sei piscine esterne, tra cui una spettacolare infinity pool riservata agli adulti. Mio figlio si è divertito sia nella piscina con scivoli, sia nelle altre piscine mentre noi ci siamo rilassati sulla terrazza solarium o sui lettini acquatici. Per i più piccoli, il club RiuLand offre attività e intrattenimento, mentre gli adulti possono esprimere la loro creatività nell’atelier RiuArt studio. La musica dal vivo e gli spettacoli di intrattenimento assicurano divertimento continuo per tutta la famiglia. Per quanto riguarda l’esperienza gastronomica il livello non è altissimo si mangia discretamente bene anche se ripetitivo. Con il servizio All Inclusive 24h di RIU, snack e bevande sono disponibili a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. In conclusione un hotel dove andarci senza nessun problema specialmente con la famiglia.

Vacaciones perfectas gracias en primer lugar a la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todos los trabajadores, resaltar los animadores que 24 horas están con una sonrisa, sin parar de hacer actividades, nuestra hija ha venido encantada y quiere volver ya!, jajaja. Laura, Raúl, Carlos Chocolate, Fernando, Nico,todos , excelentes profesionales, resaltar los espectáculos diarios de noche y la Riu Party Blanca, que pudimos disfrutar el sábado y que aún seguimos con la boca abierta, menuda fiesta, increíble. En segundo lugar la diversidad de comida, en los restaurantes, y la disponibilidad de ella 24 horas ( pepes food) más que aconsejable, como el moka, menudos cafés y pastelitos, destacar a Jasmina, encsntadora y siempre con una sonrisa. Tercer lugar y cuarto habitación perfecta, limpieza y comodidad de camas así como vistas desde su terraza y orientación de hotel donde hay todo a mano. El hotel es una verdadera pasada, enorme, con sensacion de calma y tranquilidad aunque haya gente debido a la variedad de piscinas.Muchísimas gracias por habernos hecho felices, sobre todo a nuestra hija que al día de hoy día a día nos lo recuerda, volveremos sin duda.

Overall the changes in the public areas are very good and provides a great impression. Check in was smooth, we had a garden room with a great view, and lots space, however we feel that it is a shame that the bedrooms have not received the same refurbishment as the public spaces. Grounds were again immaculate, plenty of available sun beds, pool and daytime entertainment very good. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were of a good standard with plenty of choice to suit all. Staff always happy, smiling and helpful, for further improvement I suggest the 24hr sports bar had a smoke free section outside, and on the nights of the Rui Party, as much as we took part and enjoyed it, there could be somewhere for people who do not wish to take part, and it’s a shame the sunset bar does not stay open after 7pm.
