It's 15 min far from Yumbo centre but is ok. Enjoyed my stay there, although the complex is more for families with kids, but if you're solo is nice to have families and kids around to not get bored.

This is a four-star hotel, but there is a big gap between it and the five-star hotel. First of all, it is all-inclusive. The orange juice seems to be made from orange juice powder. The food variety is basic and there is no seafood. The swimming pool is not big. Run around and make a lot of noise. The service front desk is slow. I booked a room for a long time and couldn't find the order number. I have to wait for a long time. The bathroom is also very small and very inconvenient to take a shower. It's only a few hundred yuan away from the five-star hotel, but the gap is still very big in all aspects. It's not a very distinctive hotel

La animación del hotel es magnífica, tanto para adultos como para niños. La comida muy bien, mucha variedad y calidad. Las instalaciones son muy buenas pero sin duda, lo mejor es la atención del personal (profesionales, amables y muy serviciales)

Nos gustó bastante todo, pero lo que más la animación, los animadores se lo curran mucho, los espectáculos de por la noche están genial, bailan y cantan como profesionales, a los niños les encantó la peque disco y Panchi, la mascota, a mí la fiesta de la espuma y el dj de la piscina el fin de semana, que fiestón!. El buffet subante completo, variado y de buena calidad. El personal muy agradable, la limpiadora de nuestra habitación, Dayhara tuvo muchos detalles con nuestros niños, unas vacaciones perfectas!

Die Animation ist derart laut, man hält es kaum aus. Es wird parallel mit Musik bespaßt und Bingo gespielt… Direkt nach dem Frühstück geht der Lärm schon los. Möchte man Ruhe haben ist man gezwungen das Hotel zu verlassen. Das kann man nicht schön finden 👎

This was our first holiday abroad with our two children aged 6 and 8. They loved the hotel especially the waterpark and the evening entertainment was amazing. It was my son's birthday on our first day and the hotel left him a teddy on his bed and on the evening bought him over a cake with a candle which I thought was a lovely gesture. We had an issue with the balcony door when we arrived but as soon as we mentioned it to reception it was fixed immediately. The food was also great and there was always a lot of choice for everyone. There was one particular night there was a creamy 'spanish sauce' which I really enjoyed so much that I had seconds. Is there any way of knowing what the sauce is called or a recipe for it perhaps? The only negative would be the other guests nabbing the sunbeds super early and then leaving their towels on them for most of the day even when they took their bags and left the pool area for hours. I've never experienced it that bad before. Overall though we had a great holiday at this hotel and would definitely recommend.

Une chambre plus que parfait ... Bien. Grand avec petit salon... Question piscine très petite pour la grandeur de l'hôtel... 450 chambres .. 100 transat.... Ont a cette impression d'être l'un sur l'autre... Donc vacances all in .. mais a la plage

Estuvimos 7 días alojados aquí, y no queríamos salir del hotel. Lo mejor: un equipo de animación excepcional que propició la relación con otros clientes. El buffet variado (la fruta deliciosa). Por poner una pega, las almohadas eran demasiado delgadas.

Hotel estupendo para ir en familia, lleno de actividades para los peques y los no tan peques. Está reformado de hace poco y se nota. Las actividades y los restaurantes/Bares están muy bien, gran variedad de productos y gran variedad de horarios. Y lo mejor la cercanía a las dunas de Maspalomas.
