Staff at the reception are so rude. Had a little issue with our booking and they were so loud while speaking. They are not helpful.

Very, very good hotel, top 1, many swimming pools, many fun activities, snow top coffee yyds, breakfast and dinner are buffets, the hotel has many families with children

Very bad very bad. This hotel obviously gave us cash, but when we checked out, we were told that we didn't pay. Asking to pay again felt like it was stressing the hotel and wasting us 40 minutes! ! ! horrible! ! !

This was our third stay in this hotel with the unique package .On our last two stays last year we were not impressed with the smoking all round the unique pool area and how non unique guests could stay in the unique pool areas. But when we stayed in may of this year we were very pleased to see that it didn’t happen this time. The hotel is lovely and our rooms were excellent and kept immaculate during our stay. Two negatives was the hot food ordered a la cart wasn’t always great. The crepes were not freshly cooked and were cold and oily and porridge was not very hot. But the choice of everything else was suburb.We were not impressed this time with the new system of having to book your breakfast time the day before.we like to eat our breakfast when it suits us depending how we are feeling when we wake up. Just a personal choice. However it hasn’t stopped us booking again for this coming October.

Un endroit de rêve bordé de palmiers et de cocotiers. Une piscine absolument fabuleuse de 90 mètres de long, non chlorée ! Et encore d'autres piscines où l'on peut vraiment nager et faire des longueurs. Tout y est très bien entretenu et le personnel est charmant et discret. Nous avions pris la formule "Half board premium" et sommes très satisfaits car les restaurants dans les 2 autres Lopesan sont délicieux (surtout le restaurant du Baobab Lopesan). Le buffet du petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Merci à Yolanda de la réception pour son efficacité et son sourire. Merci à Nicolas et Gustavo du restaurant pour leur gentillesse. Allez-y les yeux fermés et belles vacances...
