Great hotel with small improvements to be outstanding. Fantastic reception area, outdoor and pool area. Great service when checking in and out. Great location on the Board Walk of Maspolomas and short walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

El hotel cumple con creces su oferta y su reputación de lugar de ocio, pero también de relajación y desconexión. El servicio, las instalaciones y su diversidad de ocio son sus puntos fuertes entre los que destacan una habitación amplia y bien distribuida, las actuaciones nocturnas semanales y la piscina de agua salada.

Hemos acudido a este hotel buscando tranquilidad y poder desconectar del día a día. La experiencia ha sido espectacular, cabe destacar lo amable y serviciales que son sus empleados de 10. La arquitectura del edificio al estilo canario, es muy bonito, con cada detalle cuidado. Las habitaciones (alquilamos con vistas al mar) son muy amplias y con unas vistas y unos atardeceres maravillosos. La comida del buffet contaba con un montón de variedad, para todos los gustos. En mi caso, tengo intolerancias alimenticias, y en el buffet al decirlo, me ofrecieron menús especiales, tanto en desayunos como en cena.

Viaje para descansar y desconectar que ha sobrepasado mis expectativas. Hotel estupendo, personal que derrocha alegría y amabilidad. Ubicación perfecta porque estás a 10 min andando de todo (lo busqué así a propósito por la tranquilidad). Fui con media pensión y el trato respecto a mis intolerancias ha sido magnífico. El servicio al cliente es impoluto, la comida muy buena, el servicio de limpieza impecable y por último queremos destacar al camarero Parra, muy atento, amable, cordial siempre con una gran sonrisa 😊 La mejor actividad que pusieron fue un grupo que actuaba haciendo honor a Queen, nos divertimos mucho.
