Everything was as expected having stayed in the sister hotel Costa Melonaras. We thought the buffet arrangement here was so much better. It was less frenetic and the queueing was very manageable.
The poolside restaurant was great for lunch. There was a swimming pool to suit every guest type.
The bedrooms were equipped beautifully and we would happily return to your hotel.

Todo Excelente Servicio Calidad Ubicación Precio, fácil acceso, vistas espectaculares, comidas deliciosas y saludables, piscinas muy limpias, habitaciones confortables, zonas verdes muy bien cuidadas, 10 del 10. El personal del hotel muy amable muy atento .

Really nice place with many swi.ming pools and a large breakfast area, very rich for food (both sweet and other things). The room was perfect. The bed was really noisy ehile moving anyway, it was really comfortable. The receptionhall s impressive.

Overall very nice but also very stale. Check in upon arrival was an hour after the booking said and when asked what we should do whilst we waited we were just told explore with no indication of direction. Entrance way feels five stars but after that everything is pretty standard. Clean but didn’t feel like 5 stars.

El mejor hotel al que he ido con mi pareja, simplemente. La atención del personal está a otro nivel, saben ser amables pero sin agobiar. Desde los recepcionistas, hasta los camareros, las limpiadoras... Les doy a todos un diez. Repetiría sin duda.

Outstanding hotel and one which gets better and better with every stay. Lovely staff, very responsive. Food was much improved on last stay and the room they provided us was exceptional with the best view I could imagine. I’d highly recommend. A true 5 star hotel.

So I mostly write this review because of the awesome staff in the hotel. But especially because of that one incredible waitress who was serving our table during our stay during the dinner buffet. I wanted to give her a nice tip and a note thanking for her awesome service tonight but unfortunately she does not seem to be working tonight. I was there with my mom and my grandma for a family vacation, she was serving the area with the skylight in the buffet restaurant for at least the last 3 days, wearing glasses, an put-up Hairstyle and wearing her tablet via a shoulder strap. Don't get me wrong, all the staff here is great, but she was on another level. Radiating some awesome energy, smiling at all the guests. It was truly mesmerising. Whatever she earns, she deserves a raise. I do not remember her name and for a tip it's too late now, and nice words might not make up for it, but still, this incredible hospitality worker deserves a raise, she was incredible! Also the waiter at the unique breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself is not perfect. Except the pools. But the staff is really awesome, and I can't say it often enough but that woman who served us, she is really really incredible.
