The location of the hotel is relatively remote and it is inconvenient to eat. The service was average. After staying for a week, the room alarm went off three times, but nothing special happened.

Chain hotel, excellent service! It is a resort with a large scale and a sunny roof in the lobby, which feels good. But it is far away from the downtown area and quiet.

Me & My daughter had an amazing time ! The breakfast was so good! And the Staff was very friendly & accommodating… the Front Desk was more then helpful with everything we needed & the Servers at the restaurant were so nice, we specially, loved the lemon and mint water by the front desk. It was so refreshing.

The electric switches to connect the computer did work and internet connection was lousy

Nice place, but the food service is not From 11 Am to 11 pm like they advertised . We called for room service after being out all day for important business, when we came back to our room it was 10:30 when we called room service, and they said the kitchen was closed. So it clearly is false advertising. Everything else was nice.

The property is beautiful, pool and gym are clean - we’re looking forward to our next visit!

never imagine that the hotel does not provide free wifi service. And only 1 restaurant is available, no convenient facilities within 3~4km....

Great bed and shower, nice staff. Odd layout. Had to order coffee in restaurant to go. Received bill in folder. Too involved...

I booked 2 queen beds. They took the reservation. I checked in to that room on the Bonvoy app the night before. They said they would send me the key on my phone when ready. When I got to the hotel they didn’t have the room I had booked and checked into. The phone key didn’t work and they gave me one queen bed instead I want my money back!

Stains on the blankets. Stains on the bathroom door. Room smelled funky

Very pleased with the service: they allowed us to check-in early which made life much easier with two small children. The bar has a great selection. Food is okay, but a tad expensive. Rooms were clean and spacious, but the hallway noise was very audible inside the rooms. Would definitely stay here again
