We decided to stop by on our way home and so thankful we did! The bed was great and we both slept well. The room was great but we really enjoyed our downtime on the "porch" in the rocking chairs! We are also thankful for Jeffrey, the great shuttle driver who is a Memphis native and answered all our questions during our drives.

The lodge is so beautiful. Absolutely loved our room with the inside balcony. Bathroom was amazing! Shopping was great for all family members. Restaurants are excellent, service was good. Very pleased overall. Veterans discount was a nice surprise!

I live in the Memphis area and have always wanted to stay downtown at the Big Cypress Lodge to determine if it would be worth recommending to others! Yes! Visit, stay & enjoy! Staff was incredible - so nice and friendly. The room was nice also. I highly recommend visiting the Bass Pro Pyramid and stay overnight at the Big Cypress Lodge.

The experience over all was enjoyable. The Lookout restaurant experience was not good at all. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Jeffery the Bellman was an extremely delightful man, was as helpful as he could be, and made our experience so enjoyable.

Beautiful room! Definitely get a balcony overlooking Bass Pro Shop!! Jeffrey the Bell Captain is the best!! ❤️❤️❤️ Johnny Morris hits another home run! The restaurant is fantastic. Loved everything about this place! Five Stars Plus!!!!

Nicest room I have ever stayed in. Greatest staff as well! Will visit again. The pyramid is awesome. We enjoyed our trip. The valet was super nice as well as Alicia, the shuttle driver. Bartender at The Lookout, Colby, was awesome. Colby makes a delicious Berry Lemon Drop.

Jeffrey was amazing and the most wonderful person we have interacted with on our trip to Memphis. Ask for Jeffrey when taking any hotel travel trips. He made our stay at Big Cypress lodge one that we will never forget! We will make sure all our family and friends know how much a great time this trip was. Linda was great too!

Jeffrey assisted us with unloading our vehicle and taking us to our room and helping us settle in. He was very helpful with a great personality. The view from the interior balcony is great and the restaurant had impressive cooking. It's our first time staying here but won’t be our last.
