Hotel Windsor Mendoza

Al ser un hotel de 1 estrella no nos esperábamos mucho, fuimos el 3/5, somos 4 amigas pero nos sorprendió gratamente desde los recepcionistas como Lautaro, Antonella entre otros, todo el personal excelente muy dispuestos para hacernos la estadía lo más confortable, ubicación muy buena, cerca de todo, las habitaciones en reparación pero muy confortables y limpias, el desayuno muy bueno, ni hablar del dueño que nos atendió personalmente y realmente súper agradable, nos dió muchos consejos de lugares para visitar, claramente volveremos

The hotel is highly recommended. The owner welcomed us and explained about all the places in the city that we should visit, which allowed us to know much more than we thought...The guys at the reception were excellent, friendly, and always willing to help us...as it is being remodeled, they Structure details are missing, but very well heated and the bathroom and mattresses are impeccable...

The truth is that it exceeded my expectations given that it is a 1 star hotel, I highlight the kindness of all the staff especially Lautaro and Antonella, not to mention the owner, excellent, we were 4 friends and they made us feel at home, I would clearly return, very good location the hotel

Muy linda la atención

The hotel, as of 10/13/2023, is under renovation. So, the common areas are very nice, but the rooms are not... at least, on the second floor, where I stayed. There is no elevator, so suitcases have to be carried... There is no mattress protector and the sheets are very, very thin... The bathtub tap is in the middle of the shower... so you have to take a shower side or with your legs open... If you're expecting a hostel, it's very good... But for a hotel, it's a bit lacking...

Hotel Windsor is an establishment located in the center of Mendoza, next to Plaza Chile and close to the city's main tourist and commercial attractions. My wife and I stayed there for 13 days in September 2023 and I'll tell you about our experience: The hotel has a cozy structure with a reception decorated elegantly in the English style, with simple but comfortable rooms, equipped with air conditioning , cable TV, Netflix and free wi-fi. Room service operates during the day and there is a beautiful dining room that offers breakfast. What caught our attention most about the hotel was the professional and attentive staff. From reception to cleaning the rooms, everyone was very polite and helpful, always willing to answer our requests and questions. The breakfast was simple, but made with great care and quality, with fresh fruits, medialunas (a type of croissant), bread, natural juices, yogurts and other delicacies. Our stay at the Hotel Windsor was very satisfactory and exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers great value for money for those looking for comfort, practicality and good service in the heart of the world's wine capital. We recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for work or leisure, alone or with a partner. Tip: Ask for Paco and be surprised by the most beautiful mascot in Mendoza.

Very familiar hotel. Simple but very cozy. Clean and close to the center and Plaza Independencia. Marianela and Leandro are always willing to make your stay excellent. The same from Franco, the owner. I traveled with my daughter and they made us feel at home

El lugar es hermoso! la atencion increible! Los chicos que atienden son super amables!!! Estan atentos a todo, el ambiente es muy acogedor. Desayuno genial, la ubicación impecable, cerca de todo. 100% recomendable!

Excelente atención de parte de los recepcionistas, súper amables y cordiales, habitación muy cómoda, desayuno variado y rico, me encantó que reciban mascotas. Detallistas: me cantaron el feliz cumpleaños y me hicieron muy feliz. Relación precio-calidad 100/10. Totalmente recomendado!!!!
