"⛔⛔⛔ 3 things: 1. no parking available while i filtered only hotels with parking included; I paid some $15 for overnight parking in a street parking nearby 2. this is a spa hotel. but they don't let children in. so, naturally, we didn't go. 3. very unusual "buffet breakfast" - you have to ask a special lady for anything like a slice of cheese, a pastry, etc. needless to say, you ask for cheese - you get one slice. VERY MUCH NOT RECOMMEND"

"The staff is very friendly, ideal for parking and very varied breakfast, with lactose-free milk option. They have a restaurant, but we always eat out, the tour they offer the wines that is with the Mancagua group quite good tours, the recommendations from where to eat, were quite right, and their help to place us and reverence us too. The room is very large, although the bed is not so comfortable, the old bed and the couch is hard, but the rest is good, everything always clean, the spaces always heated, that is thankful given the cold that was out. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."

"This hotel was terrible. Reception was very abrupt and not welcoming. The room was filthy and smelly. The towels were yellow and old. The shower was poor. The breakfast wasnt great either."
