Atendimento e localização do hotel excelente. O hotel oferece estacionamento gratuito. Café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar, poucas opções e a qualidade poderia ser um pouco melhor. Quanto ao quarto a acústica é bem precária, fiquei em frente ao elevador e escutava tudo o que acontecia no corredor, assim como também escutava o quarto ao lado. No geral, é um bom custo-benefício.

There was not hot water it was not clean and the breakfasts was not very good I ask if I could have scrambled eggs and the person never came back to let me know if they will do it no mini bar or water in the room the shampoo dispenser was empty just a very little soap I do not recommend this hotel I give 1 ⭐️

Hotel reciclado, habitación muy aceptable, desayuno básico pero bien, muy buena ubicación. No creo que sea recomendable si usted busca un hotel para temporada estival, la pileta ubicada en la terraza es demasiado pequeña. El servicio siempre estuvo adecuado.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very friendly and well prepared. The rooms are comfortable: spacious and equipped with an electric jug, refrigerator and hairdryer. They offer a varied, abundant and good quality breakfast service. There are hot and cold water dispensers in common areas. We had a problem in the bathroom that took a while to resolve. On one occasion, we ordered two salads from the restaurant and they told us that some of the ingredients mentioned on the menu were not available.

It's a fine place to stay. The breakfast is good enough for a quick bite, nothing fancy. The pool is small, don't get excited. The staff members are great, they really do their best to help you out 💕

The room had a comfortable bed and furniture. The concierge service was amazing. The front desk ordered taxis, directed us to tourist areas and quickly solved problems with the room. The concierge english was very good. The breakfast was decent with hot and cold choices and lots of pastries on the top floor with amazing views.

The location is excellent, it is a central hotel close to places to explore and go out to eat. At the same time, it has a restaurant on the top floor that if you don't want to go out you can go there. The staff's attention is very good. The only bad thing was the wifi, it didn't work very well for us, the first few days we had a pretty decent internet connection but the last few days it didn't work well for us.
