Hotel well located but in need of maintenance. How many small rooms and not so good hygiene compared to other hotels in the chain that are next to it.

No califico de "excelente" porque hay un detalle que no puedo dejar de mencionar: la espantosa ubicación de los enchufes en la habitación. No sólo que es incomodísimo encontrarlos y enchufar lo que sea (debajo del espaldar de la cama, como 10 centímetros hacia adentro), sino que en el sector donde está el escritorio y supuestamente uno trabaja con una laptop, no hay enchufe! Por lo demás, todo de maravilla: la habitación, el baño, la limpieza de ambos. El desayuno fantástico (de las mejores "tortitas" de grasa que he probado). Quizás un poco desorganizado cuando estaba casi completo el comedor en cuanto a reposición de productos, pero nada que no sea defendible (mucha gente en la hora pico). La atención de todo el personal para destacar. Tener la posibilidad de moverse entre el Sheraton, el Huentala y el precioso jardín del Hualta es realmente fantástico. Ubicación inmejorable: a 2 cuadras de la peatonal Sarmiento y a 1 de la Avda. San Martín. No es un hotel barato, pero conseguí una oferta muy interesante por Despegar y además me descontaron el IVA por tener documento extranjero. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Cheguei hoje, após 03 dias em hotéis perfeitos no Vale do cuco. Quarto pequeno, deveriam juntar 2 em 1 e aumentar o valor da diária. Banheiro sem porta no box e torneira pingando, com isso após o banho minha esposa escorregou e quase caiu. Ar condicionado, ou sente calor ou não dorme devido o barulho do ar. Quarto tem uma porta interna, certamente de quarto a ser compartilhado. Se ouve até o respirar do “vizinho”, agora imagine o hóspede com visitas?? Insuportável. Solicitei cama de casal na reserva, juntaram duas de solteiro com uma vala entre eles, certamente inspirado nas ruas de Mendoza com suas valas. Mais alguma reclamação?? Hoje 04/abril, ficarei até dia 07!!!!

We spent three nights here as part of a 16 night tour of Argentina and Rio de Janeiro. The hotel is centrally located and within easy walking distance to restaurants. We had a standard room which was on the small side with not much natural light but was very clean and perfectly adequate for a short break. One small negative is that due to the bathroom configuration it is quite difficult to exit the shower, I nearly slipped on more than one occasion. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel but the buffet breakfast was excellent with a large and varied selection. All staff were extremely friendly but we would in particular like to mention Leandro who gave us several good recommendations of where to eat.

Un hotel de renombre en Mendoza, pero con una infraestructura antigua y no adaptada a las nuevas normativas. Cuidado las personas mayores en las duchas, aires acondicionados de finales de la década del 70 o principios de los 80. Mal calificado 4 estrellas.
