Just returned home after a 17 night visit to Uruguay and Argentina stayed at this hotel from 24th to 28th april ,it was by far the best hotel we stayed at couldnt find any fault at all Location is excellent our room was facing plaza chile which is a short walk from the central square.Staff were very friendly and helpful breakfast was great what else can i say would recommend to anyone and hopefully if we visit Mendoza again we can stay here.

Muy mala la atención el precio me cambio y muy malas instalaciones sin pileta ni servicios el desayuno deja mucho que desear. No son limpias las habitaciones y poca ventilación . La zona es muy cara y el hotel no esta a la altura del precio. No iría mas MUY MALO PARA IR CON CHICOS

Hotel muito bem localizado, no centro de Mendoza, a poucos minutos de muitos bares e restaurantes. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, e ainda ficamos em um com uma pequena sala e cozinha. A experiência pode ser melhorada com um café da manhã mais completo, pois eram poucas opções.

Localização excelente, funcionários muito prestativos, café da manhã razoável. Precisam melhorar bastante a limpeza e conservação. Quarto com cantos muito sujos, odor de esgoto nos ralos, saboneteira super antiga. Se melhorar nesses pontos ficará excelente 🙌

Gostamos muito do Portal Plaza e achamos uma ótima opção para se hospedar no centro de mendoza. Os quartos são bons, roupas de cama muito macias e confortáveis, hotel próximo aos restaurantes do centro. Nos receberam muito bem e o funcionário Tobias na recepção foi muito amável nos indicando um ótimo restaurante para jantar. No geral, todos os funcionários foram muito amáveis e educados.
O café da manhã é bom, dentro do padrão argentino, ou seja bem básico (não adianta a gente querer café da manhã brasileiro então normalmente o pessoal reclama).
Tinha pão normal e integral, queijo, presunto, ovos mexidos, frutas, opções de pães doces, tortinhas doces, media lunas e cada dia tinha algum doce diferente. Destaque para o cappuccino que era muito bom!!
Poderiam melhorar: o ovo mexido estava sempre frio, poderiam melhorar o rechaud para manter aquecido. Além disso, poderiam disponibilizar uma máquina para fazer lanche prensado.
Nos quartos, nossa dica seria incluir uma máquina de café tipo Nespresso.
