The professionals are very attentive, always ready to help. Good breakfast, contains the basics, lacks more variety (cakes, breads, etc.). The facilities are partly modern and partly old. The elevators leave a lot to be desired. Shower in bathtub is dangerous. The location is excellent, you can do everything on foot. There are amenities attached to the hotel

This hotel was better than expected! The outdoor entry area is beautiful, the breakfast was full of delicious options, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Would definitely return!

Nossa estada de 7 dias em Mendoza foi muito agradável no Raices. Chegamos no começo da manhã e o nosso checkin só era a partir das 14h. Por sorte, o hotel liberou nossa entrada e logo tivemos acesso aos quartos. O staff da recepção e das camareiras é muito atencioso e gentil. Pegamos 2 quartos conjugados e um deles (315) tinha até uma sacada bem espaçosa. O quarto sempre estava limpo. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, uma ducha deliciosa e shower gel, shampoo e condicionador à disposição do hóspede no box. O café da manhã tem um buffet muito bom. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de muitos restaurantes referências na cidade e dos principais pontos turísticos de Mendoza. A entrada do hotel dá para um pátio com 2 restaurantes, um café do Entre Dos (principal marca de alfajores mendocinos) e um local de eventos. Recomendo muito o Raices!!

Excessive and abusive charging, once the deposit was made they made me pay taxes that were already charged on the reservation according to them I had to pay it was USD 72, the bad shower I asked them to solve it and it never happened, room service fridge bar charged part, with abusive values I will never take this service again

Rooms need updating, and A/C needs to be stronger the heat in this city is intense and therefore a good A/C is a must.
Overall really good experience

We have been greatly disappointed in this "hotel". We got carried away by the photos and the comments we read, but the booking ones are not the same as here. We highlight the good location it has, and a basic breakfast, but that meets the norm. Now about the apar**ent, very run down, lack of maintenance, does not correspond to a 4 star hotel

It's bad no matter how you look at it. dirt everywhere. Disastrous elevators, they don't close the doors properly. Zero services. An ideal place to destroy your vacation, a shame two stars maximum. The deplorable breakfast, in quality and assor**ent.
