Os profissionais muito atenciosos, sempre prontos a ajudar. Café da manhã bom, contém o básico, falta mais variedade (bolos, pães etc). As instalações são em parte modernas e em parte antigas. Os elevadores deixam a desejar. Chuveiro na banheira é perigoso. A localização é excelente pode-se fazer tudo a pé. Existem comodidades anexo ao hotel

Nossa estada de 7 dias em Mendoza foi muito agradável no Raices. Chegamos no começo da manhã e o nosso checkin só era a partir das 14h. Por sorte, o hotel liberou nossa entrada e logo tivemos acesso aos quartos. O staff da recepção e das camareiras é muito atencioso e gentil. Pegamos 2 quartos conjugados e um deles (315) tinha até uma sacada bem espaçosa. O quarto sempre estava limpo. O banheiro tem um bom tamanho, uma ducha deliciosa e shower gel, shampoo e condicionador à disposição do hóspede no box. O café da manhã tem um buffet muito bom. A localização é maravilhosa, perto de muitos restaurantes referências na cidade e dos principais pontos turísticos de Mendoza. A entrada do hotel dá para um pátio com 2 restaurantes, um café do Entre Dos (principal marca de alfajores mendocinos) e um local de eventos. Recomendo muito o Raices!!

Cobro excesivo y abusivo, una vez realizado el ingreso me hicieron pagar impuestos que ya estaban cargados en la reserva según ellos había que pagar fue por usd 72 dólares, la ducha mala pedí que lo resolvieran y nunca ocurrió, servicio de habitación frigo bar cobrado a parte, con valores abusivos nunca más tomaré este servicio

Rooms need updating, and A/C needs to be stronger the heat in this city is intense and therefore a good A/C is a must.

nos hemos llevado gran desilucion en este "hotel". Nos dejamos llevar por las fotos y los comentarios que leiamos, pero los de booking no son los mismos que por aca. Destacamos la buena ubicacion que tiene , y un desayuno basico, pero que cumple con lo normal. Ahora sobre el depto, muy dejado, falta de mantenimiento, no corresponde a un hotel 4 estrellas

Es malo por donde lo mires,. mugre por todos lados. Ascensores desastrosos, nis cierran buen las puertas. Cero servicios . Un lugar ideal para destruirte las vacaciones, una vergüenza dos estrellas máximo. El desayuno deplorable, en la calidad y surtido.

Ficamos em dois tipos de habitação, uma executiva e uma superior. Realmente não percebi se hums diferença entre elas. O Atendimento de todos no hotel foi extremamente agradável e cortes. Sem dúvida um diferencial.
Mas confesso que a única coisa que me incomodou foi o fato de não conseguir regular o ar condicionado. As vezes íamos dormir com um ambiente super agradável e acordávamos no meio da noite com calor, pois tinha sido passado para aquecimento, sem conseguirmos ter nenhum controle a respeito.
De resto, bom custo benefício. Afinal a localização é excelente.
