We stayed just one night on our way home. The location is great because it's 3 minutes walk for the beach .They have also free park place (limited).The breakfast was included in price, not a rich one but it was ok. The room is small but clean,I had also a terrace with a table and 2 chairs, and laundry dryer. Comfortable beds,everything functional besides one lamp .It was no luxury but for three stars it was ok.

The staff was lovely, the room was well furnished, and the placement of the lamps was super stylish. However, there was a dominating sour smell in the room and it did not leave even after opening the window for hours. Maybe it is the smell of a cleaning product, not sure, but it was very potent and bad when I entered the room. Also the shower head is way too big for the wall-mounted holder and the showerhead falls out from it. You can not stand under the shower but have to hold it all the time. Otherwise everything was great. I appreciated the blackour curtains and the nice breakfast options.

Few minutes walk to the tram stop and direct line to Venice approx 30 mins. Ask the locals about how to get a tram ticket online super easy. Friendly staff. Missed out on the breakfast as we got there so late but overall great place and good value.

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

We stayed here in an emergency situation after our flight was delayed for a day. They were able to accommodate 10 of us in four rooms easily. We arrived far earlier than check in but this did not phase them. Nothing was too much trouble, from the receptionist sorting us a complimentary drink each and finding a room for our suitcases, to the lifeguard getting us towels sorted for the pool and the bar staff getting us a football for our Grandson to play football with. Lunch was excellent value for money, high quality snacks and large portion sizes. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Lots of little extras included slippers, dressing gowns, biscuits, shaving kits and toothbrush sets as well as traditional toiletries. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We could not fault anything about our visit.

Business hotel posizionato appena fuori dall'outlet che si presenta bene, moderno e pulito. Tuttavia quando si apre la porta della camera si nota una grande superficialità nell'attenzione al cliente. Non so se sia stato un caso o meno ma nella mia camera mancava carta igienica, c'era il cestino della spazzatura col coperchio rotto, la scatola dei fazzoletti di carta aperta completamente vuota e il dosatore dello shampoo nella doccia completamente vuoto. Ho fatto richiesta in reception mi hanno detto che avrebbero provveduto in realtà non hanno fatto altro che darmi in mano un rotolo di carta igienica tutto il resto è rimasto così come l'avevo trovato. Vista la categoria e il tipo di clientela che frequenta l'hotel mi sarei aspettato una reattività e una cura verso il cliente molto più pronte ed efficaci
