Good place for the price, for sure, in a great location. The pool is nice. It's quiet. The bed was comfortable and the ai conditioning worked perfectly, as did everything eses in the room. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed. We would stay for 4 nights but we booked a 5th night the next day as a 5th night because the location is really top! A pleasant quiet place, away from the city busy but in the middle of the city. The staff was great, very helpful and would like to talk to you. The owner Peter we also spoke on the first day, born in the Netherlands (with Indonesian roots) and he is a nice, relaxed man who deals very nicely with his staff. We first explored the city by scooter, easy to rent from homestay. The staff give good tips on places you want to visit. We also got a super tour with Rendi, an Indonesian boy who has learned Dutch via YouTube. Guys, keep doing what you're doing now, you are truly amazing! The spot is perfect for any trip to Yogyakarta. We loved talking to you and staying with you, and we will spread the word for sure.

the location of this hotel is very good, close to artshops, souvenir shops, bars & lounges, bakeries, coffee shops, circle-K, and mosques. the service is friendly and good but the elevator access facility is a little difficult if you go with your family, because the room card becomes an elevator access card at the same time. but it is not a problem if you are a solo traveler.

I like staying here, it's comfortable, the cleanliness is pretty good, I can see the sunrise too... it's just that the breakfast menu is less varied... hopefully the next one will be better

This is special place. Elegantly decorated, airy, and focused on a secluded courtyard containing a small, beautifully-tiled pool, our room (one of their better ones, I think) was comfortable, spacious, and attractively-furnished. All done with real style; an air of generosity; and excellent, helpful staff. Everything worked. Some of the rooms, especially the ones adjoining the entrance/lounge/café area and perhaps those on the ground floor by the pool, might feel less private than did our corner, first-floor (second-floor in North American) room. And I’d have preferred it if people weren’t smoking in the public areas. But it was a great place for a restful retreat.

The weekend is full, many nearby families are going to spend a weekend holiday. The hotel is not big but the environment is very good. It belongs to the boutique villa. Here is the environment. Don’t ask for any high hardware. Experience the characteristics of Yogyakarta. It is very comfortable. All counted, I like this Duta Garden, very recommended. Of course, if you want the Marriott International Hotel chain to be right, there is nothing wrong with choosing a hotel in Yogyakarta. The hotel on Java Island in Indonesia is quite kind. Yogyakarta is a beautiful city.

We had such a pleasant stay here. We even extended our stay with 2 more nights. Jogja is a lovely city, Jogja Village is a quite place in this lovely city! The staff is super friendly, accommodating with everything. Leaving for an early trip? Breakfastbox was ready! Washing need to be done? Finished within a day. Fan in our room was broken, fixed it immediately! Swimmingpool was very clean, just like the room. Breakfast was served with a smile. Lota of bars and restaurants around the corner. Absolute value for money this hotel!
