La situación no podría ser mejor: cerca de la calle comercial, del Anfiteatro, de la Plaza de España, de los puentes..., en una zona tranquila, pero con muchas opciones para comer y para comprar lo necesario. No puedo decir nada sobre la limpieza, porque no pedí que me hicieran la habitación, pero lo que me encontré estaba bien arreglado. Dispone de máquinas expendedoras de café y de aperitivos en la planta baja y plazas de garaje. En definitiva, muy buena relación calidad-precio.

There are both pros and cons to this hotel. Service by phone and at the hotel was excellent. Situated right in the heart of the historical part of the city walking distance to everything, you couldn't want for a better position. We had a family room, which worked great. End room so no noise and 2 big windows. Reception is un attended between midnight and 8am which is fine and we were told so no problem, however did find it strange thst we were not given an emergency number. The bedrooms were clean, large bathroom however only 1 mirror. Really needs a full length mirror in the bedroom. There is WiFi which works well in reception but did not reach our bedroom. The room on the first night was freezing but on the second night was incredibly hot and we could not get the ac to work so just opened the windows. If you come by car there is nowhere to pull over outside the hotel as there are bollards so you need to hold up traffic while you un load but this did not seem to be a problem. Considering the location of the hotel I thought it was well priced. The hotel is comfortable and beautifully decorated would stay again due to the location.

Mérida têm um valor muito grande. Foi onde passamos a nossa lua de mel É depois de tanto tempo resolvemos voltar. Escolhemos o Hostel Emeritae. Por ser no centro. Por ter um preço dentro da nossa bolsa. Pelas críticas. Foi uma boa escolha. O lugar é super bom. Bar na frente. Super na esquina. Muito perto. Outro um pouco mais em baixo. Perto de algumas das atrações da cidade. Pois Mérida é um museu a céu aberto. Ficamos num quarto muito bom. Limpo. O banheiro não é grande. Más confortável. Tinha um pequeno terraço. Com cadeiras é uma mesa de exterior. Com ar condicionado. Uma boa TV. A única coisa a dizer é sobre o sabonete tanto de mão como pára o banho. Tivemos quê comprar um. Têm máquinas de bebidas é outra de café. Quê por pena estava estragada. O pessoal é super simpático. Recomendo.

La ubicación está muy bien pero la limpieza y estado de la habitaciones ha sido pésimo. Mi pareja y yo fuimos a destapar la cama y nos encontramos que estaba llena de pelos y olía a sucio. Llamamos por teléfono y como no había recepción nos atendió un chico de otro hotel al que tienen redirigidas las llamadas y que no pudo ayudarnos de otra forma que indicándonos el camino a seguir hasta encontrar el armario de sábanas limpias en la planta baja. La experiencia ha sido un desastre, no pudimos descansar bien y por supuesto no volveremos a este hostal.

Las camas son muy cómodas y las toallas están limpísimas. La recepcionista con la que tratamos fue muy amable y profesional, ayudándonos en todo lo que necesitábamos. Además, es un ambiente muy tranquilo, ya que no se escucha ningún ruido. El alojamiento está muy bien situado, ya que llegas a todos los sitios de interés caminando. El hostal dispone de un parking propio, que nosotros utilizamos. Sin embargo, si visitas la ciudad en un fin de semana o un festivo, hay bastante sitio para aparcar en la calle, en zona azul de pago.

Falta de mantenimiento, una lastima! Ya que es un alojamiento nuevo. La terraza con la ducha, tumbonas y sombrillas, ideales para descansar siempre y cuando las tumbonas estuviesen limpias y la sombrilla se pudiese utilizar, ROTA. Despues de protestar me cambiaron la sombrilla por la de la otra habitacion, por lo tanto la ROTA fue para la otra habitacion. No lo recomiendo! En la zona existen muchos mas alojamientos.

Positivo:Hostal con excelente ubicación sobre todo si vas al teatro como si quieres visitar la ciudad. Negativo: Falta de mantenimiento absoluta, desagüe de lavabo atascado, una de las hojas de la puerta de la ducha con roce en la placa. Manguera de la ducha con fuga. Muebles y paredes con muchas marcas de roces. Parasol de la terraza roto, tumbonas muy sucias al igual que el suelo. Depósitos de cal y restos de jabón en la ducha. Una pena un establecimiento también situado que esté en este estado. No entiendo la buena puntuación.

Pues después de años incluso de antes de la reforma que parábamos siempre fieles a este hotel y al que hemos mandado y recomendado a amigos nos dicen que este año no es posible alojarnos con la peque de 4 patas que es bastante más limpia y cívica que muchos huéspedes,hace tiempo puse una reseña muy buena pero lo mismo que dije lo bueno ahora digo lo malo porque creo que nos hemos comportado siempre como si seria nuestra casa que como tal la teníamos,muy decepcionados,tendremos que cambiar a un hotel donde si seamos bienvenidos los 4…
