"Everything is clean and well-maintained, although the color scheme is a bit peculiar. Located far from the center, it's quite quiet. Breakfast is very poor. It's a choice not to be repeated, mainly due to its distance from the historic center."

"It’s a beautiful hotel with lots of history. However it’s too hot. We turned the temperature of the air con to 15C but it’s still blowing out hot air. We turned the air con off completely but it’s still hot. Outside is 6C so we are not sure why it’s so hot inside. We called the reception but they said turning the air con down is the only way to cool down the room. It’s raining so we can’t open the window."

"Fantastic Parador in the heart of Mérida. It's spacious and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay: a swimming pool, sauna, gym, a well-run café, a lovely patio for drinks, and the Roman Theatre is just a fifteen-minute walk away. Parking is convenient, although, as is often the case, a bit pricey. The large rooms overlook the pool; my only suggestion would be to renovate the bathrooms. For me, it's a ten out of ten; I loved it."
