"I don't know how this hostel is still open. It started badly as soon as we arrived to get the access codes; you have to do everything by phone because there's no one at reception, and you have to wait until 3:00 PM to get in. When we got to the room—the only good thing I can say about it was that it was clean—the sliding bathroom door was off its hinges and fell on my husband, hurting his hand. The blind was broken, and it was a tiny, dark room. The air conditioning's heat pump wasn't working. We couldn't even shower in the bathroom; it was a special room for people with reduced mobility, and there weren't any shower screens or curtains, so it would have flooded. I should point out that I've seen on *********** reviews that this room has had this problem with the door for over a month, and the owners always tell guests they haven't been notified of the issue. What a disgrace to offer a room in that condition! I'm currently waiting for a refund because we contacted customer service by phone and they offered no solution, only saying that everything was booked and there were no rooms available. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, as it doesn't meet maintenance standards and, most importantly, safety regulations."
