The location is good, not far from the city center, about 2 kilometers away. The avenue outside the hotel can be used for jogging, making it a holy place for morning jogging. From the start even before my trip the staff were very accommodating to allow me to check in a bit later as my flight arrived after usual check in schedule (which Trip.com was able to assist with the change). Service was really great people and the staff are very nice and helpful to answer any questions. They upgraded my double bed to a king. The room was very clean and had a great view of Paseo Montejo. The pool was outdoors and enjoyable with nice weather and the gym was adequate. The staff member called a taxi for me when I left and waited outside to hail it down. I would definitely come back for the impeccable service and friendly staff! Location itself was a big plus as well!

Todo muy bien, gracias. Solo sugiero 2 cosas: 1) Que usen menos el equipo que aromatiza el lobby, menos fuerte o usar un día sí y otro no, huele demasiado fuerte y deja de ser agradable. 2) Que el personal de recepción sea un poco más sonriente.
