Ibis Merida
"Global Hotel Good"
Hotel Lavanda Cas Merida
"It just ok nothing great , value for money"
Courtyard Merida Downtown
"The hotel is very new and is the best hotel for the entire trip. The breakfast is good, the front desk is very good, the room is better than expected, the soundproofing is very good, it is 2km away from the historical center, parking is free, there is a swimming pool on the roof, and the view is very good; the only drawback is that the toilet is designed a bit high, and a person with a height of 160 can only tiptoe 😅"
Hotel Boutique Santa Elena
"All right! Just a small walk before the entrance door. Be careful at the Out. You're right on the street. There would be a note at the door,"
Hotel El Español Paseo de Montejo
"It's ok."
Hotel Santa Lucía
"The air conditioning was not cooling, there was a fluid in the washroom, TV was not served."

Hyatt Regency Merida
"Overall a very good place"
Künük Hotel Boutique
"Loved our stay at Künük Boutique Hotel. Easy to find, park right out front, safe area. Easy to Uber anywhere - main square 20 mins walk so we chose to over. Like an oasis - lovely and tranquil, refreshing pool and serene gardens to relax in. Restaurant and bar area beautiful - and rooms roomy and comfortable. Staff so helpful and considerate. Highly recommend."
Camino Real Mérida
"Perfect place to stay! Highly recommend"
Fiesta Americana Merida
"Hotel is outdated, but the worst thing is the noise. It is surrounded by loud streets and if you hope to evade the noise by having a room oriented to the courtyard, you are damn wrong. They have terribly loud installation of aggregates for their air conditioning. And they have built it so stupidly that the noise is going against the wall and thrown back inside the complete courtyard. Even we closed windows it always sounds as if you would have a vacuum cleaner next to your bed. And the really worst thing is that I had asked about the quiet room upfront I had made it even before Booking very clear that I am a shallow sleeper and that I only want to come if they have a quiet room. And they told me that I should’ve just booked a suite with internal view and I would be fine. Of course I was not. So it’s one thing to have a hell of noise and do not use technical possibilities to not spill all your courtyard with the noise of your air-conditioning. But it’s another thing to lie about it. At least in the bathrooms at Reception level I did observe roaches. As it is a very urban environment, this is avoidable with proper care and cleanliness. In addition, I had called them informing them about the flight cancellation and asked for a change of my reservation which day at first said they would gladly do. And when I came there, they said it needs to be done via a trip. And went ripped did send them a respective request they did just decline it. So dishonesty is written big in this hotel. I suggest to definitely avoid it."
Residence Inn Merida
"Most of the people in the hotel are tourists. The front desk service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and there is no odor. The facilities of the suite are also relatively complete, which is a good choice for tourists to stay."
Hotel San Juan Mérida
"The room was not that clean. The thick blanket was old and a little bit. I used the laundry service. When I got the laundry back, I noticed that it had not been washed. That was very very annoying. 😡"
NH Collection Merida Paseo Montejo
"Clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better, close to everything I wanted to see and do. Despite being so central, it was surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to relax. Would definitely stay here again."
Hotel Las Dalias Inn
"The pool is nice and the hotel is located a few blocks away from the main attractions in downtown. The best part of this experience was the hotel staff. They were extra helpful and kind. Always ready to help in whatever you need. The only complaint I have is the cleanliness in the room. There was dust in some parts of the room and the sheets weren't very clean. They didn't change them. Also, the pillows aren't comfortable. But the rest of the hotel is not bad at all for the price. I slept well, the ac works well. I would stay there again."
Mesón de la Luna Hotel & Spa
Hotel Hacienda Mérida
"Fantastic stay, from the moment we arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The room was as advertised very spacious, clean and included everything we needed. The surrounding pools and seated areas were relaxing and really added to the time at the hotel. The daily cleaning was done quickly and to high standard, left some lovely towel art that didn’t go unnoticed. Would absoloutly stay again one of my best hotel stays ever."
Hotel del Peregrino Boutique Hotel
"The hotel was clean and the location was good."
Decu Downtown
"First, I should say that the interior courtyard is beautiful, as you can see from the website. But that is the end of the positives. We opted for the Maya Suite, but for those like me who think this was a suite, will be sadly dissatisfied. Our suite was a sparsely decorated room, with an uncomfortable, low bed and a single hard chair. Minimal is an understatement. The bathroom was little better, with a shower that eventually dribbled hot water over you. Outside of the room, the pool was consistently covered with leaves, the staff were distant and disinterested, and the breakfast included in the rate was just fruit and toast - everything else was extra. How the hotel is a member of the Small Luxury Hotels Organisation is a mystery. There are many better places to stay in Merida."
Kapsul Express Mérida
"It's passable."
Escentrike Hostal
"It's off the main road, but not a bad walk."
Hotel Plaza Mirador
"It is located in a quiet area a little far from the Centro. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is clean and has a good impression."
Casa Lucia Hotel Boutique
"Excellent location and a lovely hotel. Restaurants within walking distance and parking available."
