This time I came to Merida to attend an international conference. Although this hotel is a little far from the city center, the taxi fare is only about 80MXN each time. The hotel quality is super good, breakfast is served from 6 o'clock, and the cost performance is super high! Highly recommended!

the trip was work. clean rooms. from which you enter the hotel it tells you. q follow the preventive measures disinfect the footwear with sanitizer. gel etc. the dining room is open for a certain number of people even though there is not much variety to choose from. courteous and pleasant staff.

there was not tissue ( they said were out of them) the towels were son old and in bad conditions, one toiler paper per room only, one day I was out of it. By the other hand the gym is very good, their ”breakfast” is pretty basic, coffee all the time which was amazing for me

Clean, friendly staff, follow security protocol. Likewise, they inform you that if given your stay you develop symptoms of covid they give you two numbers tels. so that you communicate and you can receive advice. breakfast arrives in your room. It is a simple breakfast. friendly staff. Room assignments are quick.
