CcliffofloveHotel rooms, gyms and top floor infinity pool facilities are very new, the hotel area is also very quiet, there are delicious restaurants nearby, walking to centro historico about 2km. The room is very spacious and a family of four is quite loose! During the Christmas period, the restaurant on the first floor has a Christmas band singing, and the atmosphere is full.

GGuest UserExcellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out. I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt.

GGuest UserThe Wayam hotel is ideally located for tourism at the well known Colón Ave. near down town, just a couple of blocks away from the new convention center. Rooms are beautiful and wide, very comfortables, just make sure you are not facing the avenue as traffic’s noise comes up. Pool on the 4th floor has a beautiful view but too cold. All personnel is very friendly but still too new and untrained for the hotel standards. Still, too new to be great and a bit overpriced but Management is eager to improve.

JJyonnThis time I came to Merida to attend an international conference. Although this hotel is a little far from the city center, the taxi fare is only about 80MXN each time. The hotel quality is super good, breakfast is served from 6 o'clock, and the cost performance is super high! Highly recommended!
