Muy limpio el lugar solo tuve detalle con una de las 3 habitaciones que rente, que tenia una cortina de baño de plastico y no tenia ventana pero en cuanto hubo disponibilidad me cambiaron de habitación

Por lástima el personal del hotel es muy poco amable. Y también mentiroso.
Está muy bien situado pero el tratado con el cliente está fatal.
Nos cambiaron a una habitación más pequeña.
El contacto previo no lo cuidan mucho. Nos preguntaron a qué hora llegaríamos. Sabiendo que llegáramos sobre la una, no nos avisaron que el check-in solo puede hacerse a partir de las tres. Pero nos hicieron entender previamente que no había problema hacerlo sobre la una.
Y eso pasó a más huéspedes.
No recomiendo este hotel.

No nos gustó el ambiente de la habitación, era muy húmedo, la ducha está detrás de la cama y absorbe humedad y por lo tanto las sábanas y almohadas olían mal. Tampoco había toalla de manos en el baño. Muchísimos mosquitos en la habitación, la verdad dejó bastante que desear. Los empleados si nos ayudaron cuando lo necesitamos.

Sin clóset, no hay un espacio para poner las cosas, ropa, maleta, etc, sin buroes, las puerta no cierran bien y se meten los moscos, se oye todo el ruido de la calle, pedí cambio de habitación y me lo negaron.
El agua no tiene presión. Lo reporté y no lo resolvieron.
El escusado estaba usado con papel, cuando llegamos.

The location is great. Hotel is nice and clean and the staff is very helpfull. I didn't test the pool but it looked nice. Good for a little dip on a hot day. I booked an Uxmal trip from the front desk and it was great price and amazing trip. The walkways in Merida are narrow and made with tiles so if you have luggage, maybe take a taxi from bus station even if it's only 10-15min walk.

Hotel was conveniently located to all of our activities and room was serviced every day. However, the room was lacking the proper storage for clothing. facility was very basic.

The properti is a beautiul building but some of the rooms have no windows!, hot water is intermittent, breakfast is mediocre at best.

Excelente hotel, cumple con lo necesario y además súper cerca del centro, mercados, combis que van a distintos lugares y tiene lo básico pero muy bien y aparte si traen carro tiene estacionamiento bastante grande.
Recomendable.
El desayuno no lo quisimos tomar ahí pero la verdad en lo particular preferimos salir afuera.
