La habitación estaba bien considerando el precio, encontré la cama un poco incómoda y la ventilación insuficiente, podrían poner un extractor en el baño. La alberca no estuvo disponible por remodelación lo cual fue decepcionante y estuvimos una noche sin agua caliente. En cuanto al desayuno, el servicio no fue eficiente al no ser tipo buffet; por la lentitud del servicio tuve que buscar otras opciones.
El personal muy amable y atento a pesar de los inconvenientes.

Muy buen hotel, cerca del ADO y la catedral a unas cuadras, el personal es excelente, te atienden muy bien, sus instalaciones y el cuarto muy limpio, la habitación que nos tocó estaba bonita, solo le criticaria el baño que está chiquito, pero funcional y sus almohadas que ya se ven muy usadas. La alberca está bonita y cuidada, solo nos tocó un día por qué al otro día estaba en reparación. Nos gustó mucho el área verde que tienen, y si llevan su coche tiene estacionamiento. En general nuestra estadía estuvo muy bien.

La piscine était en réparation!! Et avec la chaleur de Merida, pas de piscine!!!
Ce sont des réparations majeures qui étaient déjà débutées au moment de ma réservation. C’est donc inacceptable car tous les hôteliers savent que la très grande majorité des gens veulent une piscine quand ils sont à Merida
