la habitación estaba sucia y los botes de basura tenían basura de huéspedes anteriores, no había agua y al hacerle la observación al recepcionista muy grosero, no nos quisieron cambiar la habitacion o reembolsar el pago aún cuando fue en efectivo, en la mañana la atención de la recepcionista aún más grosera, resulta que el gerente no atiende al público ni se le puede molestar!!! SE IMAGINAN ENTRAR A UNA HABITACION CON BASURA DE ALGUIEN MAS??? Según sus políticas pero que asco un hotel que sus políticas sean habitaciones sucias e insalubres!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!

I liked that itvwas centrally located, clean and safe, spanisg design and decore was nice however rooms where outdated, no restaurant or room service, parking is tight, needs more but pricecwas resonable.
The money exchangecrate atvthis hotel is terrable.

Instalacionea viejas, sin mantenimiento. Poca privacidad en el baño. Encontré al menos 2 cucarachas, en la recepción te recomiendan una temperatura del aire acondicionado porque W congela. Lo bueno es que nada más fue una noche y casi ni pude dormir. Ah, la cama tenía una especie de plástico como protector del colchón, se escuchaba raro cuando te acostabas. Las camas poco cómodas

Muy buena ubicación, el personal bien, pero la apariencia del hotel y el aspecto es terrible parece un hotel en ruinas no cuenta con cunas para niños las tinas de los baños y el wc están terribles y todos oxidado todo se cae a pedazos necesita una remodelación para que pueda ser lo que era mucho tiempo atrás el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y siempre ocupado

Las habitación sucias los empleados todo el día con su celular viendo videos cerca de las habitaciones y no dejan dormir mucho ruido en la habitación, también las habitaciones huelen mucho a humedad
