장말 피곤한 상태로 호텔에 갔는데 결제확인이 안된다며 기다리라고 해서 너무 짜증 났음(결제 다 완료된 예약) 위치는 애매하고 샤워 부스에 물은 안내려가고 컨디셔너, 바디워시는 채워져 있지도 않고 침대 두개 다 침대커버에 얼룩 있었고 하나는 머리카락도 있었음. 냉장고도 없어서 로비에 가서 얼음 받아와야 했고 직원들은 별로 친절하지 않았고 문제를 해결하는데 도움을 주지 못했음

Hotel situato a circa 10/15 min a piedi dal centro di Merida. Le nostre camere erano spaziose ma purtroppo abbiamo trovato più volte lenzuola e asciugamani sporchi (avevamo preso 8 stanze essendo un gruppo da 16 persone) e abbiamo chiesto di cambiarle. Il personale non parla una parola di inglese. Tendina del bagno che la separa dalla camera molto sporca ma il bagno in compenso è grande e attrezzato con phon, shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Colazione buona.

A good option but they charge you for everything, we asked for a late check out and they said we could stay and then at the check out they charged us, also because of a famine hygiene issue the towels were used and they charged us using the towels. The property is nice but left a bad taste with all the extra charges

The staff at the hotel is amazing. They were all very friendly and helpful. At night they were always very aware of who was coming in and out of the hotel. Not that it was in a bad area but I definitely appreciated the attention to their guests safety

Francamente da un presunto hotel 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più. Sicuramente delle lenzuola che coprano il materasso in entrambi i lati, mentre quello fornito era corto da ambo i lati e alla fine te lo trovavi tutto arrotolato. La stanza spaziosa e bagno con due lavandini e bella doccia. La colazione continentale con frutta, yogurt, succo e pane tostato con marmellata. Chiesto del burro hanno tolto un panetto dal frigo e tagliato dei pezzetti che abbiamo dovuto spatolare per un po' col coltello per poterlo spalmare. Il giorno dopo abbiamo rinunciato. Posizione a 10 minuti dal centro ma la zona un po' fatiscente.

El hotel es bonito y moderno, estuvimos ahi por 5 dias y todos los dias tuvimos servicio de limpieza.
Llevamos auto y hubo lugar para estacionarlo dentro del hotel.
Los chicos de recepción siempre muy atentos.
Eran ellos quienes nos abrian y cerraban el porton del estacionamiento.
