I went to the hotel in a tired state at the end of the day, but they told me they couldn't confirm my payment and told me to wait, which was very annoying. (The reservation was fully paid for) The location was ambiguous, the water was running out of the shower booth, conditioner and body wash were not stocked, and both beds had stains on the bed covers. One even had hair. There was no refrigerator so I had to go to the lobby to get ice, and the staff wasn't very friendly and couldn't help solve the problem.

El hotel es precioso, las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y el personal de maravilla…. Una excelente opción para quedarte cerca del centro de la ciudad…. Se encunentra a 10 min del centro de la ciudad. El personal es muy amable y el diseño del hotel es de muy buen gusto.

Hotel super cómodo y lindo! Nos fue espectacular con un bebé, nos facilitaron todo. Le pondría un refri a las habitaciones, pero por lo demas delicioso. Diseño limpio y el personal muy amable, siempre dispuestos a orientarnos en cosas por hacer

El hotel está ubicado en una excelente parte del centro pues todo nos queda muy cerca y los precios son muy accesibles! Las habitaciones son muy lindas y el personal muy atento! El desayuno estaba incluído en mi reserva y los platillos son muy ricos!

The rooms had an odor to them. In the morning we had cold showers no hot water. In the evenings, when we were hot and sweating, we had hot showers with no cold water. Upon check in they told us our breakfast was complimentary but when we checked out said they made a mistake and proceeded to charge us. We could have had a full breakfast elsewhere for less than we paid for very sp**** continental breakfast at the hotel. I paid in cash and he shorted me when he gave me my change. I wouldn’t return.
