Pretty poor experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside - but the rooms are old and worn, the beds are broken or sunken, and there's spiderwebs and dead mosquitoes in corners. The place just feels rundown. What's more, the manager is pretty rude - it was quite difficult asking to change rooms and his attitude the entire time felt like he was doing us a favour letting us stay there. There are better value hotels all over Merida.

Freshest pool, nicest owner with so many good Mexico trip and Merida general advices and suggestions, happiest employees, clean big rooms with hot shower. Really a very nice place to stay, almost felt like being home ☺️

Comfortable small hotel in a great location. Close enough
to the main square but quiet at night . Nice courtyard and pool to escape the afternoon heat .

Charming and comfortable hotel, close to Centro and very quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were plain but immaculately clean. Mattresses and pillows were comfy (I am picky sleeper!). A very nice breakfast is included. Close to a couple of great restaurants.
