Me encanto el servicio, la limpieza, la cercanía de restaurantes, central de autobús para viajar a Playa progreso y Sisal. Definitivamente me volvería a hospedar ahí.

La ubicación es muy buena, las instalaciones agradables y acogedoras. Sin embargo, hay aspectos que no me agradaron, cómo por ejemplo la alberca que tenía el agua sucia, algo terrible. Así mismo las escaleras para subir a mi habitación están muy peligrosas, frajiles, vibraban, chuecas, inseguras.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de Mérida. Habitaciones cómodas, aunque las sábanas tenían algunas manchitas. Las habitaciones cuentan con clima y ventilador para los días de calor.

Es una propiedad renovada por ser una casona vieja en el centro de Merida, que cuenta con buenas instalaciones pero algo viejas como el clima y los pisos. Las camas son excelentes tes para dormir, están muy cómodas y puedes descansar de forma excelente. el baño es algo incomodo ya que la puerta abre hacia adentro y deja muy poco espacio. El personal es sumamente amable!!! Por el precio es una muy buena opción!!!
