I live an hour away from Hotel Colon and often stay there when I visit the city. Great location, the spectacular Kavia hotel line of sheets & towels. They have a little spot to get breakfast and a huge pool.

Referente a mi llegada la atencion de la señorita de recepción fue muy grato, ya que apesar de que aún no era la hora de mi check in nos dió acceso a la habitación fue muy lindo de su parte hacer eso x nosotros ya que nuestro viaje fue muy pesado.

Pésimo servicio, me robaron dinero desde el primer día, ese mismo día solo dejaron toallas por lo que si entró alguien, nunca hicieron limpieza con motivo de que si había algún reclamo ellos digan q nunca limpiaron... Pero si, roban, sucio, viejo, baño mooso, paredes húmedas , NO LO RECOMIENDO

Very old building, very old rooms, very dirty, restaurant mot working all day, pool dirt and bad customer service. The only good thing is that is very close to Plaza Grande

La ubicación excelente, limpio pero le falta mantenimiento, no ponen toalla para manos ni de piso, atención muy buena a excepción de una recepcionista y una de intendencia. Todos los demás un buen trato.
