Im upset with this property at this moment,
First of all the restaurant staff are non sociable no acknowledgement of any kind.
Also, if you are planning on checking out a day or two earlier be aware there is no refund of any kind even though you are giving a 24hrs. Notice.
We reserved 5 rooms for 4 nights we checked in
One day earlier and paid for our day early direct to our hotel im not quite sure who is not wanting to give back a refund ******* or Maria del Carmen Hotel. Maria del Carmen says ******* and ******* says Maria del Carmen. This is very frustrating.

El personal del hotel es muy amable, siempre pendientes de lo que puedas necesitar, sin embargo las fotos mostradas no hacen match con la realidad, la habitación no es muy bonita, ya se le ven los años, las toallas y sábanas ya son viejas, aunque relacionado con la limpieza puedo decir que es muy buena, siempre impecable todo, si solo lo usarás para dormir el hotel está ok.

El servicio en general de este lugar es muy bueno, la alberca es genial, el café que ofrecen en el desayuno es buenísimo y está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad a pie, también cuenta con varias opciones gastronómicas a los alrededores.

El hotel se ubica cerca del centro histórico de Mérida. El personal es muy atento y servicial. El desayuno está bien, sin ser abundante y variado. Te coordinan algún tour si es necesario. El restaurante tiene precios accesibles, por lo que se puede cenar en el mismo. Sin embargo, creo que le falta para ser un hotel 4 estrellas como se anuncia. Por lo demás, es recomendable.

El hotel es limpio, bonito, las áreas de estar, son muy amplias, tranquilas, el personal amable, te resuelven tus dudas, lo único que no me gustó es el servicio del restaurante, los meseros muy amables, solo les falta personal, es muy tardado casi una hora para que te sirvan tu desayuno, buen sabor.
