Me entregaron una habitación en muy mal estado y además sucia. Solicité cambio y su opción fue peor y además no funcionaba la televisión. La persona encargada sólo comentó tajante "es lo que hay". De dos noches no hicieron limpieza al cuarto ni un solo día.
