We opted to get a room with two beds on the second floor, which was quite spacious and light. It was also away from the downstairs hub bub during breakfast. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom attractive with plenty of hot water (although as in other places we stayed, the water has to run a little while to get hot). I liked that there were lots of places to put things, and the room was a pleasant place to retreat to at the end of the day. There were several outdoor seating areas, which we took advantage of since I sleep a bit later than my husband, who jumps on his computer early. The location is quite good, within easy walking distance of the main square, Paseo del Montejo Avenue, and many restaurants. One in particular, just down the street called Urban Bistro is a find! We ate there twice in our three days in Merida. We had a couple issues with the breakfast - not getting our orders right, and not very good coffee. The staff are lovely and very helpful - several speak very good English, which was helpful.

This was my second time staying here. On this trip, I needed a very early check in and as a globalist, they made my room available super early which I appreciated after my red eye. Breakfast and the property are really nice. Lots of construction as they are redoing a large part of the hotel. Pool area is mediocre. Staff is great. Regular rooms are mediocre but the suites (which I stayed in on a previous trip) are amazing! Hotel location is decent depending what you want to do. Overall had a great stay.

The facilities are new and sanitary. They are cleaned every day. The staff are super patient and very good. I went straight to check in at 8 o'clock that morning and didn't say anything. I gave full marks to this point. The location of the hotel is pretty good in Merida. It’s probably more convenient to drive next to the main street of the boulevard and not far from the bus station. I don’t know why Ctrip scores so low.

Not suitable for bringing children, ink breakfast is good. There is a relatively large mal nearby, but it is also very convenient. Quiet at night is very suitable for a good night's sleep, air conditioning is sufficient, bathing hot water is generally.

LLiI stayed in Residence Inn Merida for a month in January 2024. I liked the location and services. It’s very close to the Galleria Mall, Costco and a large grocery store. You can take bus R72 to Central Merida which is very convenient if you don’t have a car or don’t want to drive. The room is clean and equipped with full kitchen. The breakfast is included. The front desk staffs are also helpful. They helped us to arrange two private day trips to Maya sites and cenotes. The only thing I would recommend is to improve the quality and add more choices to the breakfast. Not many varieties of breakfast. The refrigerator is a little bit noisy at night.

NNikkilaoshiService was great we arrived almost 8pm. Be aware we did not stay at the address listed but there are 3 properties 2 mins walking to each other. We arrived at the address and there was a sign with a number to call or contact on WhatsApp. They answered quickly and came to get us and our luggage to checkin at the main building then led us to the other (3rd location). Our room room was small but clean. The pool in our building was the biggest but there was leaves inside looked unmaintained but not gross…fairly clean. There was a little “kitchen” with a fridge and microwave and coffee maker which looked like it hasn’t been used in a long time before getting to the pool…there were 2 sets of chairs at the pool. Now at the main building the complimentary continental breakfast was fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee. The optional buffet was 190 pesos and WELL worth it many options and delicious. The main building pol was very cute and we loved the complimentary “steam bath” which is a steam room with shower heads…need to let them know 10 mins before to preheat it. They also helped arrange our excursion to cenotes which was cheaper than we saw elsewhere. We communicated thru WhatsApp no complaints I’d stay here again….we struggled with hot water often it was lukewarm but apparently that’s a thing in this area. It’s close enough to the popular area called “centro” about a 25 min walk and 10 mins to the US consulate

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel at the beginning and end of my trip to Progreso, February 28th and March 30th, as I was arriving late and departing early. Both of my rooms were impeccably clean, the amenities were provided and well stocked with towels. The closets are huge and contain an iron and a safe large enough for a laptop. Upon my first check-in I was advised the hours of the restaurant and was politely asked that if I was planning on bringing in food or alcohol from outside to please consume it in my room and not in the restaurant. This is not an unreasonable request, one would not walk into a hotel restaurant at home and sit down with a pizza and six pack. I had a comfortable night's rest and a delicious breakfast at the restaurant in the morning. Check out was noon and my ride was not arriving until 2:30 so they kindly stored my luggage and I enjoyed sitting by the pool while I waited. My second visit was for my return flight, I checked in just after 3:00 and was offered a wake up call and arrangement of a taxi to take me to the airport. I spent my last day of vacation enjoying a late lunch/early supper and a couple of cold beverages poolside before heading to my room to turn in early. My wake up call came precisely @4:00 and my taxi was there @5:00 as requested. I would definitely return to this hotel and would recommend it, the staff are outstanding, the hotel is spotless and the restaurant food and service are fabulous. Masks were required at all times in public areas, unless you were eating or drinking, this policy was adhered to by all staff and guests.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre. The facilities are perfect, the catering service is also very good, and the other services of the hotel are also very good. The hotel has complete supplies and is easy to use. The overall sanitary conditions of the hotel are very good. I am quite satisfied with this. I still wanted to live for two more days, but the room was booked by someone else. I couldn’t continue to live and I had to change to another hotel.

GGuest UserWell hotel, I think the place is good for the price, the service equal was good, although I think they could improve some things: 1. - The toilets had a lot of saroso and that gives a bad image, I think they could focus more on their cleaning, the bathrooms as well had saroso. 2. - I think they should mention guests since they check-in the hotel is small and therefore everything is heard very strong, I mention this why we had a disadvantage with a family that started crying at 5:40am and ended up until 7:00: 00am even if it is noticed to reception guests have noticed, I think they should be a little more careful with these situations.
