A very satisfactory choice. When you first arrive in Mexico, you must stay in a hotel with brand standards. The environment and location of the hotel are superb. It is in the shopping mall. There is a supermarket on the second floor. I bought a lot of fruits back to the hotel to eat. Must buy Mexican avocado 🥑, the taste is amazing! The price is also cheap. I want to comment the most thanks to the hotel staff, the girl and boy at the front desk have entered my friend list. Thank them very much for their assistance. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel for me to stay in Merida. They deliver one towel per guest (the same as they deliver you at reception), and it's the same you will have to use to dry your hands, body, face and even floor, as they don't give you another, And the floor comments because the bathroom does not have a door, and to finish it the bathroom door is not complete, leaving space up and down, so the water goes to the room. But the biggest problem I found is that the room was not fit before they gave it to me. I arrived with my family at 4 pm (the check-in time is at 3 pm), and when we entered there was a towel used in the bed, and in the bathroom a used soap and a half-use shampoo bottle. It's a pity that you do not take into account such an important and obvious detail, I hope you will take into account our comments.

This place was great! Clean and comfortable. Everything we needed. The pool was nice and we were within walking distance of restaurants and some beautiful historic buildings. Parking was provided which was really great and the staff were wonderful! We had a bit of a medical emergency and the night attendant was kind enough to help us get the care we needed. Really above and beyond! Muchas gracias!!!!!!!

Recepción Rosy Cruz y Selene yam, Jose Luis Ordoñez, Moraima. Áreas públicas Martha Chávez Y en el aseo la señora Lilia El gerente Jesús Flores.
