Jo was very welcoming upon arrival. We were greeted with a smile after a 7 hour drive. Clean apar**ent and walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend and we will be back!

Just returned from four days at The Palms and cannot fault it. From our lovely welcome when we arrived until we left it was faultless. Loved it. Easy to get to, close to great restaurants for my family and major supermarkets too. Will definitely be rebooking soon. I am going to be a repeat customer.

Our family had a lovely winter escape at Palms Apar**ents. The rooms were warm and cosy, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and shops close by. The RSL, which is only a short walk down the road, was a great place to have dinner if you wanted to head out. Jo was really welcoming and was always on call if we needed anything. Thanks.

Nice place, easy to find. Great area to stay while exploring the south east coast. Undercover parking as well. Walking distance to diverse range of eateries.

The apar**ents are spacious with everything you'd need, provided. They are within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, RSL, supermarket etc. Weber BBQ available, which makes for an easy night in. Water views from rooms on top level. Beds are very comfortable. Sharon was great with communication and very accommodating, we had to postpone on several occasions due to Covid lockdown. My wife left something behind which Sharon posted back to us straight away, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and will stay again when we return.

These Apar**ents are located very central to Restaurants shopping and short walk to the lake and beaches. Very spacious clean and well equipped for comfortable stay. We had found the Managers Kevin and Sharon very obliging and attended to any requests speedily. When my husband unfortunately fell Sharon and Kevin were very accommodating and helped in every way possible. A place for a relaxing comfortable stay.

My husband and I stayed at these apar**ents in December 2021, the units although older have been recently renovated to a good standard. We were met on arrival by the manager of the units who was pleasant and helpful whilst still being unobtrusive. We stayed in a ground floor unit at the front which overlooked the nice pool area. The units are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It rained quite a bit whilst we were staying there so unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool but this meant we stayed in the unit relaxing more than we normally would. The fact that these units were well equipped and had all the comforts of home made our stay still quite pleasant. The units are walking distance to clubs and restaurants which is another plus. I would not hesitate to recommend these apar**ents if you are visiting Merimbula and I would certainly stay there if I travel to Merimbula again.
