"We got a room on the bottom floor, next to the reception. It was very clean, however had a smell that suggested the room hadn’t been aired recently. Due to the fact we were on the ground floor, there was a bit of noise from other guests coming into the apartment. It was very open plan, with the only separated area being the bathroom. The main downside was the lack of stovetop (there was a little electric frying pan). We were also a bit annoyed by the bottom floor, as there were other apartments free when we stayed. Otherwise, the stay was great."

"Fabulous location, thoughtfully appointed apartment that was quiet, spacious and generously furnished. A short walk to the water, restaurants and supermarkets. Underground secure car parking with easy access. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, games cupboard for the kids, smart tv and internet. We’ll definitely be back. "

"Sadly we were disappointed with our stay at Waterview Luxury Apartments, the apartment itself was a good size and clean, perhaps a little worn and shabby in the bathrooms, but fine. The location of our apartment was the real disappointment, we expected a water view of Merimbula, instead we were at the back of the property above the reception office. We got a partial waterview and a great view of the busy road running across the front of the property plus the airport runway. The road had almost constant traffic so sitting on the very small balcony was not an option. Overall our stay was a let down and I also feel it is only fair to let others know about the almost constant road noise. Note: request not to stay in apartment 9."
