In major need of updating and better facilities. No breakfast menu and could not get anyone's attention to find out if they served breakfasts.
For a one night stay at the price, it was acceptable.

All were well and good and as we had 2nd floor room we also had a nice view.

Lovely place to stay in Merimbula. Walking distance to town centre and beyond. Had a view from our room which was on the top level. Could sit outside the room comfortably.

I didn’t think it was “too old” at all it was nice and comfortable. property was close to everything. staff were nice, cleaning lady says hello every morning.
