Excelente el hotel, ubicacion estrategica te permite manejarte caminando, el spa es de lo mejor. Las habitaciones son muy comodas, limpias y modernas.Las camas y sabanas excelentes. Desayuno variado, solo le agregaria palta, cherrys y alguna otra fruta.

Quiero destacar la amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal gastronómico. La calidad y precios de la cocina es excelente. Incluso los precios son competitivos respecto del mercado local. Las instalaciones en general son acordes a un 5 estrellas.

Asegurarse que la habitación asignada está aislada de molestos ruidos de un bar vecino. Conserjería lo sabe y no en áreas prevee la molestia en la noche tarde, madrugada, pese a tener otras habitaciones disponibles en áreas aptas. Error reconocido y lamentable para pasajeros. HABITACION 222

El Hotel tiene cosas buenas y cosas malas resalto la ubicación la limpieza, el orden y la atención de algunos de los integrantes del Hotel, el Front end deja mucho que desear. ( al menos los que nos recepcionaron) La atención es muy mala de hecho, tuvimos que bajar las valijas e ir a la habitación solos, sin indicación de ningún tipo. Las cocheras son amplias y seguras …. Un detalle en temporada o feriados largos cobran el estacionamiento Con respecto al desayuno Puedo decir que es bueno y completo con opciones varias e incluso oferta para celiacos. Fuimos a cenar una noche, fuimos los primeros en llegar pedimos dos campari con naranja una ensalada y un risotto. Los campari los trajeron rápido, después de 1/2 hora reclamamos la panera y recién dsps de reiteradas quejas y 45 minutos de espera nos trajeron la comida. El postre y el resto de los tragos pedi que me lo lleven a la habitación. Otro día pido una caipirinha a la habitación que por carta sale aproximadamente tres dólares, pero me notifican que el room Service para acercarlo hasta la habitación sale cuatro dólares mas. Soy viajero frecuente y no recuerdo que ningún hotel cobrara room service. La verdad creo que tendrían que pulir algunos detalles….. es una pena porque el hotel lo vale. Otro consejo…. Si contratan algunas de las suites presidenciales tienen otro tipo de atencion….. porque hemos visto como no solo le llevaban las valijas a la habitación sino que también la celeridad en la atencion del comedor era otra. Digno de presentar una denuncia por discriminación y maltrato…..porque pasajeros somos todos .

Excelente en: limpieza, atención de las/os empleadas/os, ubicación (cerca del centro), la comida del restaurant Faustina y Bar del hotel excelentes también. Ediliciamente accesible para personas con discapacidad. La Habitación doble Twin amplia, cómoda, deco minimalista, buena iluminación natural y artificial. Wifi excelente.
