Very good hotel and services

Cleanliness: This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed in Egypt. Although there are long black hairs on the sofa and stains on the sofa cover, believe me, it is really great here. The restaurant has a sea view, but the glass is too dirty. Who understands? I am crying with laughter.

The hotel is clean, but it's very dirty outside the hotel, and you can't bring food to eat at the beach. It's a new two- and three-star hotel in China. Parking is charged. We stayed here for one night because we wanted to go to the night market at night. We stayed outside the town for the past few days. We didn't have to drive at night, so it was okay. The price-performance ratio is okay. At least it's clean! You can buy all kinds of food outside the hotel, and the ice cream on the corner is good!

It's good, it's OK, but generally a bit expensive. In fact, it's even worse than the domestic Rujia Hanting. I don't know why the price of hotel accommodation in Egypt is so high. I don't understand it. I don't sleep well every day.

Apart from these sunrise photos, the hotel is useless. It takes an hour to send you a pair of slippers. The English of the front desk is terrible. You have to wait to check out. I don't know what I can take away from the room.

The front desk service attitude is terrible! We were given a wall view room just now and asked to face the wall! Later, we had to ask them to change my room! There was a bunch of disgusting hair in the floor drain of the room and it was not handled properly! And the room service called the front desk 9 out of 10 calls and didn't answer! There is no service at all! I waited for an hour and a half for a hair dryer to wash my hair! I booked a twin room for one person! In the past, two people had to pay an extra 60 US dollars per night! Two nights plus 120 US dollars! This is the most cost-effective and rubbish hotel I have stayed in Egypt throughout the whole trip!!! They don't deserve more than 1,000 a night! The water is so yellow and disgusting!

The hotel has its own beach. The hotel is very close to the city center. The service staff is warm and thoughtful. The hotel is very new and the bed is very comfortable.

Close to the sea, there are side sea views. Only family rooms have front sea views. Others have side sea views, but you can walk downstairs to the hotel's private beach.

The hotel is newly renovated and has a strong smell of formaldehyde. At 10 pm, the hotel was still under renovation and they kept drilling. The breakfast was also perfunctory. The private beach was not even one tenth of the public beach. Not recommended! More than 400 per night is a complete waste, not as good as the popular Reem B&B by the sea.

There is no parking at the entrance of the hotel. There is no free parking lot. When you check in to the hotel, you are given a welcome drink. When you leave, the child does not know that he has a drink but is asked to pay! And compared to the fees charged by Ctrip, it is a little more expensive than other places! Also, the breakfast is terrible! The room is OK and the surrounding environment is noisy

The sea in front of the hotel is beautiful, but the hotel management is hard to describe

The hotel has a beach that is connected to several other hotels. The sand is very soft, but the place is also small. The water is still a little cold. Speaking of the hotel's facilities, this hotel was newly opened a few months ago, and you can still smell the decoration when you enter the room. The decoration style is similar to the domestic Hanting. However, there is no hair dryer in the room, and neither does the front desk. It is unbelievable that a hotel with more than 800 yuan per night does not have a hair dryer. Moreover, after staying for two days, the water and electricity would be cut off from time to time, and the electricity would be cut off (for tens of seconds), and I was stuck in the elevator for a minute on the last night, which was terrible. The equipment is in serious need of repairs. In the end, the service is very good. This hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the food is okay. My friend had an upset stomach and specially cooked porridge for us. In general, the cost performance is half, and I hope to improve it.
